Story
Winnie is a 2.5 year old French bulldog mix. She is 28 pounds and up to date on all shots and spayed. She will come with all vet records, toys, crate, treats and food. She is a very sweet girl that we adopted from the shelter about 2 years ago. We have tried desperately to keep her and have even tried anxiety medication per the vet but she has shown aggression to children including our two boys that are 8 and 11. She would do best in a home without children. She gets along with our cats but does chase them occasionally.

Finn is approximately 6-7 years old. We rescued him 2 years ago from an elderly lady who could not keep him any longer. Finn loves people and other dogs and is extremely sweet. We are retired and traveling a lot and not able to give him the care he needs.

Molly is a sweet, energetic, 1 year old lab mix that is looking for her forever home. We found her as a stray and we took her in and got her healthy. She has had all shots and is spayed. She is potty trained and knows sit and lay down. Sometimes treats are needed to motivate her to follow commands. She is crate trained. Molly is a super sweet puppy who loves attention. We gave a dog to my cousin, he let it get pregnant, came back to the house dropped it off and left. That mother gave birth to this and a few other dogs, she was fixed and adopted out. This one has spent the first part of life running around the yard and having fun till the new neighbors threw a fit so we had to put him and his brother in a cage. We now have the pet safe invisible fence so they can be in the yard again. I can't keep them on there indefinitely because you're not suppose to according to the instructions. They required a lot of attention. At least 4 hours of human contact a day. They will require training as they think they can just go to the bathroom anywhere they want. This one has something going on with its front elbows I'm guessing from being in the cage too long. It should get better but it's not gross or bleeding the fur just won't grow back. They like to chew. On. Everything. They like to hump pretty much any dog in. They kill an opossum and a large snake recently.

Story
Idgie was adopted at the Athens Humane Society when she was about six months old. They found her on the street and couldn't imagine that she has been on the street long because she was so sweet and friendly. Idgie LOVES people. She wants to snuggle and love our friends when they come over. Even though she is six, she still has puppy-like excitement. She is smart and learns quickly. For example, when she hears the sound of an electric toothbrush, she knows its time for bed and will go directly to her crate. When she sees one of us get her leash for a walk, she will go get the other so we can all go together. She loves it when the whole family is together, and wants to heard us into the same room. Idgie will be a great dog for someone who wants a companion that gives them unconditional love and greets them with joy every time they come home.

She loves being outside. Sadly, Koko was owner-surrendered because her family didn’t have enough time to meet the needs of such an energetic young dog. Here’s what we know about this sweet girl: 🐾 Crate trained 🐾 Loves other dogs, both big and small. 🐾 Great with kids. 🐾 Has never been around cats, so we don’t yet know how she would do with them. Meet Lady Enchilada & Nacho – the ultimate dynamic duo! These two are the very definition of a bonded pair. Whether they’re cuddling, playing, or searching for each other after wandering in different directions, it’s clear they’re inseparable. They may not be littermates, but they’ve spent their lives side by side—and they belong together. Lady Enchilada (a spunky Chiweenie) and Nacho (a sweet Chihuahua-Rat Terrier mix) are around 6–8 years old and weigh about 9-10 lbs each. 💛 Nacho (black and white) is a gentle lap dog who loves being held. He also enjoys wrestling with his small dog friends, especially his “sister” Lady. 🧡 Lady is more adventurous and playful. She enjoys interacting with other dogs, chasing toys, and curling up next to her favorite human for belly rubs. They adore each other, enjoy toys, and are both affectionate and playful. While they are puppy pad trained, they’re still learning outdoor potty habits. They spent most of their lives confined in a tiny cage, arriving with urine burns and coat discoloration. They’re making great progress, but they’ll need a patient home to continue building their confidence and routine.
