However, as life's plans shifted, Cleo stayed with us a little longer than expected. Now, as a busy mom who travels frequently for work, I've realized that it's become challenging to give Cleo the time and attention she truly deserves. Cleo is a ray of sunshine, always wagging her tail and ready to brighten anyone's day. She's a young and vibrant pup, bursting with love and energy. Prince is very loving and loves to be close to his person. He is estimated to be about a year and half old. He has been in a crate but will sing to you while in there. He doesn’t like to be alone so he would do well with another dog to keep him company. He is working on house training and will need someone with the time and patience to complete this training. He was rescued from a hoarding situation and therefore has not been properly trained. He needs someone to teach him how to be a dog. But he will be your closest companion for life. Will come with grate, toys, bed, and food.

Jimmy requires a stay at home older owner. He prefers a quiet home with no small children. He will guard the house. He is 15lbs and small. He loves squeaky chew toys, He is 13 year old dog who does not prefer to run around with other dogs. He prefers to stand off from a crowd of dogs, unless they seem calm dogs. He does not like dogs sniffing his bottom. He prefers to lay in the sun with his owner next to him or within eye view. He needs a doggie blanket to go to sleep (which he will also chew).He licks his paws. He will mark his territory. Free range eater. Goes out twice or more daily. He likes treats but has a sensitive stomach, so not too many. Won't let you cut his nails. Hates vet visits. Has current rabies shot. Likes calm music. Prefers to sleep with you at your feet because he doesn't like to sleep alone. He doesn't like when strangers try to touch him. He will nip dogs that are too playful with him. He wants owner to himself. Will provide bark collar for his home transition

Charlotte is an adult estimated to be 5-7 years old and tiny at just under 10 lbs. She is a sweet little love, Loves to give kisses, sit in your lap and just be near you. She is great with other dogs but prefers them to be smaller (under 30 lbs). She is NOT a fan of cats! She was owner surrendered when her daddy passed away and there was no family willing to take her in. At one point she was a very loved dog, but Daddy got sick and had a hard time taking care of her. She came covered in fleas and hairless on her bum. Her hair is grown back beautifully! She is crate trained and relearning house training skills. That too has improved in the time she has been in rescue. Story
Caroline was given to us by a family friend who could no longer care for her. We are also not able to care for her long term. I have been hoping to find a home for her amongst my current friends and family but have been unable to do so. Caroline is good with my larger dogs and my older children and our two cats. I’m not sure how she would do with small children. She does not appear to be spayed. I’m not sure when she was last taken to the vet. My family is not able to provide these things due to financial constraints and we would love to find her a home that could.

10 year old super sweet senior. Looking for a quiet companion to hang out with. Enjoys car rides, lab sitting, long movies and snuggles. She enjoys her food and treats but due to age and breed, she will need to maintain a healthy weight, so no people snacks. Victoria has already lost 4 lbs with diet and walking around the yard. She has been placed on supplements to help her joints as extra weight is not good on old joints.  adoption fee $300 fully vetted: Victoria came to Rescue already spayed, She is now up to date on vaccines, microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. We started her on prevention, de wormed and flea control. Her senior bloodwork came back with elevated liver enzymes so we followed up with a test to rule out cushings. That test came back good allowing her to be cleared for a much needed dental. Victoria had 10 teeth extracted on her recent dental. Victoria has 2 lipoma (fatty masses) on her abdomen.
