Story
Meet Happy &#194&#150 A True Gentle Giant! Happy is a 4 year old, male, Great Pyrenees mix that weighs around 110Lbs. He is a big, beautiful boy with an even bigger heart. This sweet gentle giant is as loving as his name suggests. He's friendly, social, and enjoys meeting new people, happily soaking up attention wherever he goes. Happy also walks nicely on a leash, making him a wonderful companion for relaxed strolls or simply hanging out with his people. His calm and affectionate personality makes him an easy dog to fall in love with. Since Happy is still new to us, his behavior with other dogs is currently unknown. If you have another dog at home, a meet and greet will be required prior to adoption to ensure everyone is a good fit. Happy's adoption fee is $125, which includes his neuter, microchip, rabies vaccination, boosters to date, and heartworm test. His neuter surgery is scheduled for Wednesday, 03/18/26, and this date is non-negotiable, so adopters will need to plan accordingly. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a heart as big as he is, Happy may be the perfect match for your family. Apply to adopt Happy here: https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Story
Meet Barney! This pup was wondering around our community for weeks as a stray. Catching him wasn’t easy but let me tell ya, now that he’s had a taste of AC he’s never going back to the stray life haha. Barney in typical Great Pyrenees fashion is an absolute LOVER. He wants do be near his humans and he wants that Pyr fur all over you! Great with dogs big and small although not super playful. Definitely more of a wallflower with the occasional zoomie. Leash work is still a work in progress which for this breed is a lifelong project. What he lacks in that department however he makes up for in looks and charm. -House/Crate Trained -Good with other dogs -Over the top loving -Moderate energy -Loves being with his human. Barney is such a sweet and well tempered boy that woudl do best in a quiet house, as he can be a nervous nelly. We do not ships dog out of state. All adopters must travel to Dallas to meet their potential animal in person before moving forward with an adoption trial run.
