Meet Zig Zag Ziggy (Sammy) located in our DFW area! This bigger-than-life pup is rocking his way through the DFW area, and we believe a handsome Newfie from a neighboring property may be his dad! Originally adopted into a loving multi-dog home, Ziggy found himself a bit overwhelmed and unsure of his place. Now, he’s ready to take center stage in a home that can give him the structure and clarity he needs to shine truly. This young, playful guy is equal parts fun and focus. Ziggy lives for a good game, but what really makes him special is his love for having a job—he thrives on training, boundaries, and clear expectations. Guide him, and he’ll give you his whole heart (plus a happy dance and tail wag). He’s always up for playtime in the yard with his favorite toys, but he’s just as happy snuggling up on the sofa after a job well done. Meet Sierra – A Gentle Soul Ready for Her Second Chance Sierra is an approximately 3-year-old female Anatolian Shepherd mix who weighs 49 Lbs. She was found running loose near Hwy 205 and John King Blvd on 03/25/26. Sadly, no one came forward to reclaim her, and she is now available for adoption and ready to find a loving forever home. Sierra is an incredibly sweet, affectionate girl who absolutely adores attention. With even the slightest touch, she will happily melt into your lap, soaking up all the love she can get. Her gentle, loving nature makes her a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal and affectionate dog. At this time, we are still learning how Sierra does with other dogs, cats or kids. We will provide updates as we get to know her better over the next few days. Sierra is spayed, microchipped, current on her rabies vaccine, and basic boosters. She did test positive for heartworms but thanks to Rockwall PAWS her treatment is sponsored. If you are looking for a sweet, loving dog who is ready to give her whole heart, Sierra may be the perfect match for you. Meet Barney! This pup was wondering around our community for weeks as a stray. Catching him wasn’t easy but let me tell ya, now that he’s had a taste of AC he’s never going back to the stray life haha. Barney in typical Great Pyrenees fashion is an absolute LOVER. He wants do be near his humans and he wants that Pyr fur all over you! Great with dogs big and small although not super playful. Definitely more of a wallflower with the occasional zoomie. Leash work is still a work in progress which for this breed is a lifelong project. What he lacks in that department however he makes up for in looks and charm. -House/Crate Trained -Good with other dogs -Over the top loving -Moderate energy -Loves being with his human. Barney is such a sweet and well tempered boy that woudl do best in a quiet house, as he can be a nervous nelly. We do not ships dog out of state. All adopters must travel to Dallas to meet their potential animal in person before moving forward with an adoption trial run.
