Stella is a little girl only 35lbs and around 18 months so she won’t get any bigger She has the best ears and likes to be a little goofy! Dumped in the deep woods with another little dog, she was very lucky to be found. She’s great with other dogs, loves people, and has been around older children, she doesn’t jump up, and has an energy level of about 7/10 with a bit of couch potato thrown in too. She’s also house trained!

Meet this little sweetheart! Small in size but full of love and curiosity, she's happiest when she's by her people's side. She loves being part of the action and is ready to soak up all the cuddles, companionship, and affection you have to give. She's still working on her potty training, but with patience and consistency, she's making her way toward success. Meet Squirrel from our Critter Litter! Squirrel is a little guy with a big curiosity about the world around him. Born in a home alongside his mama, Maikong, he was seized with her and is now getting the chance to grow up surrounded by the love and care every puppy deserves. Squirrel is an expert snuggler, but don't let that fool you into thinking he's all about cuddles! He's fascinated by things bigger than himself, especially trees, and watching him hunt for sticks with his adorable little hop-run is guaranteed to make you smile. When the excitement settles down, his favorite place to be is right next to his person. He's got some serious Velcro tendencies and will happily sit right on your feet to make sure you don't forget he's there. Potty training and crate training are still works in progress, and because he's such a little guy, he's getting semi-private lessons on where exactly he's supposed to do his business. He's learning, and he'll need a family willing to be patient as he figures it all out. Squirrel is equal parts curious explorer and devoted cuddle bug. Luna is turning 9 soon. She has been with us for several years now. She is good with kids. Good with cats. She has been boarded before and mostly gets along with other dogs. She can be territorial when it comes to bones (we avoid) and toys around other dogs though. I previously listed her on here but after some interest from potential adopters I decided to keep her to see if we could make things work. Due to change in family dynamics and increased work demand, I don’t have the same time I used to in giving her attention and taking her on walks. I’m reluctantly listing her again to see if I can find someone who would have more time to dedicate to her and love to give.Luna currently has a fenced in yard, so that would be ideal. She doesn’t bark or howl, extremely rare. We try to limit treats she gets because they tend to make her stool soft. We give her a cranberry supplement with her food daily.Luna is very affectionate and loves attention. Need someone who can dedicate time to her.

She's been overlooked for MONTHS, and it's time for Donna to finally have her happily ever after! Meet Donna, a gorgeous 10–11-month-old girl weighing 43 lbs. We suspect she may be a Plott Hound/Bull Terrier mix, although her exact breed is unknown. She's believed to be fully grown, which means she's the perfect medium-sized companion for someone looking for a little adventure, a lot of love, and plenty of laughs! But Donna's story is about more than her adorable personality. 💔 🏡 A PROMISE THAT FELL THROUGH Donna and her siblings were taken in by a kind facility when they were tiny babies because a rescue had promised to take them all. Unfortunately, that rescue never followed through on taking every puppy, leaving the facility to care for the little ones. One by one, Donna's siblings found homes. But Donna was left behind. She's now been at the sanctuary for approximately EIGHT MONTHS, watching other dogs get their chance while she continues to wait for someone to choose her. Our rescue has stepped in to help Donna find the family she's always deserved. ❤️ And trust us… this girl has SO much love and personality to offer! 😂 A LITTLE CRAZY, BUT THE BEST KIND OF CRAZY! Donna is a fun-loving, goofy girl who keeps life interesting! She's very food- and treat-motivated, which makes her a great candidate for continued training. She wants to please her people, and she knows when she's been a little naughty. In fact, when Donna realizes she's done something she probably shouldn't have, she'll look at you, waiting for the mom look… and then WALK HERSELF OVER TO HER BED like she's putting herself in time-out! 🤣 PLEASE. How can you not love that?! 💕 YOUR SHADOW, YOUR PEOPLE-PLEASER, YOUR BEST FRIEND Donna is incredibly sweet and loving. She loves following her humans around and being their little shadow. She wants to be involved in whatever you're doing, whether that's going for a walk, heading out for an adventure, or simply relaxing at home. She's also quite the self-appointed doggy referee! When other dogs are playing, Donna likes to jump in and try to supervise the situation. The only problem? Nobody seems to listen to her! 😂 She's got the heart of a helper, even if her management skills need a little work. 🚗 WHO'S READY FOR AN ADVENTURE? Donna LOVES car rides and would make a wonderful adventure buddy! Want to explore a new walking trail? She's in. Want to take a leisurely drive? She's ready. Want to enjoy a day out and then come home for a couch cuddle? That's her kind of schedule! Who needs television when you have Donna?! 🐕 HER IDEAL HOME Donna would love a home with another friendly, compatible dog. She enjoys canine company and would be a wonderful addition to a family ready for another four-legged friend. 🐱 She hasn't been cat-tested yet, but the rescue can arrange a cat test for an interested applicant. 👧 She is expected to be a great family companion for children, with appropriate supervision and introductions. 🏃‍♀️ She would love opportunities to run, play, explore, and burn off some energy. 🛋️ But don't let that fool you! Donna is also a certified couch potato. Her ideal family is a beautiful mix of active and lazy. She wants adventures and playtime, but she also wants to relax at home with her people.
