Kash is an adorable little guy with lots of fun, puppy energy. He happily greets everyone. Kash loves playing with other dogs of all sizes. He is good kids but can be jumpy in all his excitement. Kash really enjoys his walks and also makes a great road trip companion. He is crate trained and is brushing up on his house training skills so continued work is needed. While Kash is an energetic, playful boy, he also loves to snuggle up with his person or just relax and chew on is favorite toy or an antler. He is a fun loving little companion.  Kash is 2 years old and 15 lbs. He's also good with cats. Story
We’ve adopted Bruno from a kennel in Lancaster, PA when he was 2 months old. However, after 5 years, we had to make the difficult decision to rehome Bruno due to our own medical issues. Bruno’s previous caretaker had just recently became ill and passed away, therefore we temporarily took Bruno back until we can find him a good home.

Story
Sweet, Gentle, & Emotional   My name is Harrison, and I’m a 7-month-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix hoping to find the forever family who can give me the life my heart is ready for. I’m a petite 14 pounds now and will probably end up around 16 pounds as an adult—just the right size to hold close.   I was adopted as a tiny puppy by an elderly woman and her adult daughter who loved me with their whole hearts. But life has changed in ways none of us expected, and they can no longer keep up with my needs. They’ve cared for me the best they could, but walks, training, and outdoor potty routines became too difficult. I’ve been using pee pads inside simply because they had no other option.   They made the brave, loving decision to ask Critter Cavalry Rescue for help, and now I’m hoping for a home with people who are active, gentle, and ready to help me learn. I’m still young and eager—ready for walks, playtime, backyard exploring, and adventures. I ride well in the car and would love to be the little co-pilot who tags along wherever you go.   I’m a good boy with tons of potential—I just need someone who has the time and energy to guide me, love me, and help me grow into the best version of myself.   If you think your family could be that miracle for me, please emailccrnewengland@gmail.comI’m ready for my fresh start, and I can’t wait to shower my new people with love.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comNovember 21, 2025, 6:53 pm

Story
Arya’s a 6yo 18lb Pom. She’s dog and kid 12+ friendly. She’s house and crate trained. She is good in a secured fenced in yard and/or going on harness leashed walks. She very affectionate, loves being with her people to cuddle and be near you. She’s happy, funny, energetic, loves to run and jump. She loves to sleep up high, back of sofas, on pillows above your head in bed. Arya’s foster requires a home where someone is home often, so not to be left for long periods of time, active people to play and take her on walks along with experienced dog people to give leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working on training. If your home DOES NOT meet these requirement’s please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone whose home does not meet the needed requirements. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. Arya as all dogs should have at least 2 weeks in their new home with just their people who live in the home and to not have people over for at least 2 weeks. Dogs need time to settle in and adjust to their new people and environment first so they can learn to trust them first. Arya’s spayed, vaccinated, hw negative and microchipped. Currently in Hammonton, NJ. If your home meets the needed requirements and you’re interested in applying to adopt please do so at www.tprescue.org

Story
Isabella is a 6yo 8lb Pom mix. She is dog friendly. She’s house broken when kept on a schedule, pee pad and crate trained. She is very good with people once she confident she is safe. When she feels unsafe, she will bark obsessively to make you aware that she is not comfortable with her surroundings. She requires minimal amount of noise. She does not do well with over three dogs. Confusion and stress make her bark. Isabella’s foster requires a home that understands she is blind so it takes a little time to feel safe. She will sit right by your side and be completely content. She learns her surroundings quickly and maneuvers well as long as you don’t keep moving things around. If your home DOES NOT meet these requirement’s please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone whose home does not meet the needed requirements. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Dogs need time to settle in and adjust to their new people and environment first so they can learn to trust them first. Isabella is blind, she was born with a micro eye defect, and has dry eye which requires eye drops two times daily. She also has arthritis in her hips and legs, which makes her walk a little funny but does very well under pain management. She is spayed, vaccinated, HW negative and microchipped. Currently in Hatboro, PA. If your home meets the needed requirements and you’re interested in applying to adopt please do so at www.tprescue.org

Story
Hello, my name is: NovaApprox. DOB: 12/08/2015Weight: 32.6 lbsSex/Breed: Spayed female Pomeranian/HuskyRescued From: Breeding kennelTen years is a long time to wait for a first real home, but Nova is proof that it is never too late for a happy beginning. This beautiful girl spent her entire life in a breeding kennel producing puppies for profit. Now she’s safe and ready to discover the joys of being a cherished pet. Nova warms up to new people relatively quickly, though she is still a bit of an introvert rather than an outgoing social butterfly. Because everything is new to her, Nova would benefit greatly from having another confident dog in the home to learn from. She lights up the moment she sees other dogs, preferring to follow them around and simply be near them for comfort and guidance.Nova is adjusting well to home life. She walks well on a leash, making her a lovely walking companion; though, she is still skittish around loud noises. She is sweet with respectful children and is doing well with house training when given frequent trips outside. Nova is looking for a patient, loving family who will appreciate her gentle nature and give her the soft landing she has waited a decade to find.Help us continue to step up for dogs like Nova and consider donating towards their medical care: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/donate-to-make-a-difference-in-animals-livesAll our dogs are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting?
