Ozzie is the best little guy. He is about 4 years old and 12 lbs of love, affection, and sweetness, once he knows you. Takes him a moment to warm up to some new folks (mostly men), but is super affectionate and truly the cutest thing ever. He barks a lot at strangers. Ozzie is great with other dogs and with cats, and would do best with another dog for him to play with. We prefer not to put smaller dogs with smaller kids. Would do great with an experienced home and a fenced yard. A must meet, for this is a wonderful little long haired PomChi, in need of a wonderful forever home, who wants a small dog that will sleep under the covers with you. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER (Pregnant Dog Rescue) is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility. We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions! We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER dogs are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health. We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! LMAC has an application screening process. All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit. We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home. Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile. We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs. Also note that we arrange our visiting hours around your schedule, as this is a private, in home facility. They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily. 📌 Important Adoption Information All of our dogs are currently living in private shelters or foster homes in South Korea. Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States through legal and approved international transport procedures. Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate with our rescue team in real time through our official organization and app-based messaging channels throughout the process. 🩷 Rescue Story Kobi was rescued from the euthanasia list at Jeongeup Shelter. After receiving proper medical care, including successful heartworm treatment, he moved into a foster home, where he has been adjusting well and showing his bright, cheerful personality. 🌿 Temperament & Behavior Kobi gets along extremely well with other dogs. He is playful, curious, and loves running and playing with his dog friends, making him a great fit for a multi-dog household. He is friendly with both adults and children and enjoys human company. His compatibility with cats has not been tested. 🚶 Walking & Daily Life Kobi is always excited and happy when going on walks and generally walks well on leash. His shedding level is moderate to slightly high due to his double coat, around 6 out of 10. He has no known food allergies. Recently, treats have been limited, and he eats better when a small amount of canned food is mixed with his kibble to help with healthy weight gain. 🏡 Habits & Training Kobi uses indoor pee pads consistently. He initially showed some marking behavior, but after a short period of wearing diapers, there have been no further marking accidents indoors. He is currently being encouraged to prioritize outdoor potty breaks, with walks twice daily. Morning walks are short (about 20 minutes) for quick potty breaks before work, while evening walks last over an hour at an open field where he completes all bathroom needs. He tolerates baths and brushing well. He may wiggle when his paws are handled, but ultimately cooperates. He has no separation anxiety. After his foster leaves for work, Kobi plays with his toys for a while, naps, and waits calmly. He does not bark and rides very well in the car with no motion sickness. 💛 Likes & Personality Kobi loves treats, toys, and especially playing with other dogs. Even when treats are involved, he is highly people-oriented and happily follows from one person to another to stay close. He has no strong dislikes and is generally an easygoing companion. Meet Cherry — The Mama Dog Who’s All Heart 🐶 2 years old | Spayed Female | Mixed Breed | 24 lbs Cherry was rescued from the "Gurye County Shelter in South Korea" together with her puppies. While all of her puppies were adopted, Cherry was left behind and spent several months alone at the shelter. She was later moved into a foster home, where she has been adjusting well and showing her true personality. Cherry is friendly and social with both adults and children. She loves being around other dogs and enjoys playtime, but because she has a good amount of energy, very small dogs or senior dogs may find it a bit hard to keep up with her. Her compatibility with cats has not yet been tested. She walks well on leash with only slight pulling and shows little reaction to other dogs while walking. Her shedding level is moderate (about 4 out of 10). Cherry has no food allergies and is not a picky eater. For potty habits, she uses pee pads indoors (carpets should be avoided during the adjustment period) and prefers outdoor potty walks. She has mild separation anxiety and may bark during play or when she encounters unfamiliar objects. Cherry loves walks, affectionate kisses, and mealtime. She is not fond of car rides due to motion sickness, and hands raised above her head can make her feel nervous. Cherry is currently living in a foster home. Introducing our newest sweet senior, Cali! This 10 year old Pomsky has been a frequent flyer at a local shelter, kept outside and running loose on a regular basis. This last time her owners didn’t come back for her so she finally has the chance for a better life and responsible loving home. She’s a sweetheart, blind but navigates well, loves being brushed and belly rubs, and is fine with other smallish gentle dogs (she’s about 17lbs full grown and looks like an oversized Pomeranian). She’s been spayed, had a dental, and had a small benign mammary mass removed and has recovered nicely, and is ready for a home that appreciates her loyalty and lovely disposition.
