Sweet, Gentle, & Emotional My name is Harrison, and I’m a 7-month-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix hoping to find the forever family who can give me the life my heart is ready for. I’m a petite 14 pounds now and will probably end up around 16 pounds as an adult—just the right size to hold close. I was adopted as a tiny puppy by an elderly woman and her adult daughter who loved me with their whole hearts. But life has changed in ways none of us expected, and they can no longer keep up with my needs. They’ve cared for me the best they could, but walks, training, and outdoor potty routines became too difficult. I’ve been using pee pads inside simply because they had no other option. They made the brave, loving decision to ask Critter Cavalry Rescue for help, and now I’m hoping for a home with people who are active, gentle, and ready to help me learn. I’m still young and eager—ready for walks, playtime, backyard exploring, and adventures. I ride well in the car and would love to be the little co-pilot who tags along wherever you go. I’m a good boy with tons of potential—I just need someone who has the time and energy to guide me, love me, and help me grow into the best version of myself. Kash is an adorable little guy with lots of fun, puppy energy. He happily greets everyone. Kash loves playing with other dogs of all sizes. He is good kids but can be jumpy in all his excitement. Kash really enjoys his walks and also makes a great road trip companion. He is crate trained and is brushing up on his house training skills so continued work is needed. While Kash is an energetic, playful boy, he also loves to snuggle up with his person or just relax and chew on is favorite toy or an antler. He is a fun loving little companion. Meet Lennox! This little foxy-looking guy is still just a baby, just turned a year old. He was terrified and lashing out to defend himself in his cage at the pound and at the vet but is warming up nicely and a sweet boy once he feels safe. He’s been getting along with other dogs in foster, still working on housebreaking but does go when taken out, and after a rough first couple days adjustment has been an easy and go with the flow kind of guy. We aren’t sure of his mix- we see some Pom, corgi, doxie, Fennec Fox 🦊… about 16lbs full grown with short stumpy legs and the most luxurious long flowing tail. Email njwoof@cs.com to meet Lennox in Northern NJ Since COVID-19, we are no longer holding our Sunday adoption events until further notice, but we are scheduling meet and greet appointments with a specific dog or dogs at our meeting spots in Northern NJ. Ozzie is the best little guy. He is about 4 years old and 12 lbs of love, affection, and sweetness, once he knows you. Takes him a moment to warm up to some new folks (mostly men), but is super affectionate and truly the cutest thing ever. He barks a lot at strangers. Ozzie is great with other dogs and with cats, and would do best with another dog for him to play with. We prefer not to put smaller dogs with smaller kids. Would do great with an experienced home and a fenced yard. A must meet, for this is a wonderful little long haired PomChi, in need of a wonderful forever home, who wants a small dog that will sleep under the covers with you. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER (Pregnant Dog Rescue) is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility. We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions! We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER dogs are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health. We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! LMAC has an application screening process. All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit. We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home. Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile. We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs. We’ve adopted Bruno from a kennel in Lancaster, PA when he was 2 months old. However, after 5 years, we had to make the difficult decision to rehome Bruno due to our own medical issues. Bruno’s previous caretaker had just recently became ill and passed away, therefore we temporarily took Bruno back until we can find him a good home.
