Fidgette is an energetic puppy-like gal who needs someone to match her pace. She is very sweet gets along great with other dogs and has been around young children. She has constant energy, so the right home will be ready to keep her busy with daily walks or runs. She would be great in a home that already has an active dog that needs a playmate. Fidgette has a cute curled tail and a stumpy snout, so she may also have some pug in there, but whatever it is, she is cute as a button! She also has an adorable underbite and loves to cuddle. Have you heard the phrase, a face only a mother could love? Well, let us introduce you to the inspiration for it. Meet Guppy! This little guy may not have won the genetics lottery, but what he lacks in looks he makes up for in charm. He could be a pug mix, he could not be. Perhaps bulldog? Only a DNA test will reveal the truth. Do we really know his age? Could he be 2 or 7, who is to say? He was born without his right eye, has a uniquely shaped head, a major underbite, and an endearing wobbly walk. He came to us from the California Central Valley with a few other pugs after his owner went into a nursing home without a care plan. Guppy is looking for a home where he can chew on toys, lounge the day away, and follow his person like a shadow. Hes crate-trained, and while hes still working on potty training, a consistent routine will help him get back on track after being shuffled around these last few weeks. He's good with confident cats and dogs of all sizes, but we suspect he would be happy as an only-dog, too. If youre searching for a quirky, one-of-a-kind companion, Guppy just might be the pug for you! He's being fostered in Rohnert Park through The Pug Hotel.

Maggie came to us as an owner surrender due to landlord issues. She is a young pug mix, not sure with what, and can be shy at first but then opens up and loves to be held. She is playful with other dogs, ignores cats and would love a yard to be able to run around in. She has not had any accidents in her foster home, is trying to figure out the dog door (it's a little scary). Leash walking is new to her, but she will get the hang of it soon. She may not be your typical looking pug, but she will definitely be your shadow just like a pug! If you are open to giving her a chance, she will reward you with kisses and lots of love.

She came to us through another rescuer from a home that had too many dogs and not enough resources. Her caregiver realized things had become overwhelming and wanted a safer, better life for her. Shes spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She's ready to find her forever family!

Petunia weighs about 18 pounds and has adorably long legs, making her a little taller than your average pug. She came to us from a situation with too many dogs and not enough resources, where her caregiver realized things had become overwhelming and unsafe. Shes a bit shy at first and may bark when meeting new people, but once she trusts you, shes all in with love and affection. Petunia gets along great with other dogs and mostly ignores cats (though shell bark back if they hiss). Shes doing wonderfully with potty training and has already mastered the dog door! Petunia is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to find her forever family...one she can love with all her heart.

Unfortunately, due to his owner’s limited ability to provide the care he needs, Sherman is now in need of a new home. Sherman is a gentle, friendly companion who loves children and enjoys attention from people. He is typically very easygoing and affectionate. Recently, he has shown some medical concerns, including an eye infection, ear discomfort, and fatigue, and he has an upcoming vet appointment to address these issues. His new family will need to provide him with ongoing veterinary care and daily support to ensure his comfort and health. Like most Bulldogs, Sherman enjoys naps, treats, and being near his people. He is food-motivated, sometimes playful with toys, and would do best in a calm, loving home where his care needs can be met.
