Story
Chase is the full package: adorable, affectionate, and full of personality. This handsome, squishy boy has the softest heart you’ll ever meet. He's crate and house trained, and he already has excellent manners in the home. Chase loves kids and has been wonderful with children of all ages. He plays well with other dogs-big or small-and enjoys having buddies to romp in the yard with. He does not have any experience with cats yet. Don’t let his chunky bulldog body fool you... this boy can RUN! Chase absolutely loves to zoom around outside in the yard and will happily chase toys, leaves, or anything that dares move through the yard. When playtime is over, Chase turns into a total cuddle marshmallow. He loves to curl up next to you, melt into your lap, and wiggle in close for all the snuggles. He’s gentle, loving, and truly just wants to be near his people. He’s ready to meet his forever family. Chase is up to date on vaccinations and monthly preventatives. He's neutered and microchipped, too. Chase has been treated for heartworm disease. He currently weighs 35 lbs. To adopt, submit an application at www.because4paws.org

Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.PUDDIN' and her mother PEACHES are 2 pugs that were dumped early one morning at a local car dealership.  Luckily there were some employees who are dog lovers and took them in for a little while until I was able to pick them up. As usually we look for the flaws in a dog if it was intentionally dumped but very few times do we find any.  That certainly is the case with PUDDIN' & PEACHES, there is absolutely nothing wrong with them.  Each of them is very happy, PEACHES is the more social butterful and PUDDIN' is more reserved.  They love each other and love to be with each other although they do play and interact with the other foster dogs in the home. PUDDIN' is 9 months old and 14 pounds.  PEACHES is 3 years old and 13 pounds.  They both like to cuddle and get head rubs but PUDDIN' lays on her back to get a belly rub.  PUDDIN' is also the one with the slight underbite that makes her look just that more special. PEACHES & PUDDIN' do not need to be adopted together but they would be very happy dogs to have another dog in the home to play and cuddle with. They already walk well on a leash and ride in the car without getting sick.  And on the plus side they are not yeppers, no barking or whining, just running around playing and kind of submissive.  I would love for them to be adopted together but to separate them there would have to be another playful dog already in the home that is interested in one of them.  Neither of them would do well as an only dog. Their activity level is normal, nothing hyper but they do love to run around the backyard playing with each other and toys. If you are interested in adopting PEACHES and/or PUDDIN', please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you for your interest. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         August 21, 2025, 10:07 am

Story
Meet Adalia! 🐾 Adalia is a 2-month-old, 6.6-pound pug terrier mix with a big personality packed into a tiny body. She’s full of spirit and absolutely loves to play with other dogs—she’s always up for a game or a romp with her furry friends. When she’s not playing, Adalia is happiest sticking close to her people. She loves to follow you around and is an excellent cuddle buddy once playtime is over. 💕 Adalia is working hard on her puppy basics and is already doing great for her age. She knows how to use the dog door to go outside for potty breaks, though she’s still a puppy and will need continued guidance and patience as she grows. This sweet, playful girl is ready to bring joy, laughter, and lots of snuggles to her forever home! 🐶💛

Story
Meet Henry! This handsome little puggle is about 2 years old and weighs 22 pounds. He’s energetic, playful, and always ready for fun! Henry LOVES people and is so enthusiastic about greeting everyone he meets. He’s a happy guy with a big heart and a joyful spirit. Henry came to us after fathering his last litter (don’t worry—mama and babies are safe with us and doing great, and Henry is now scheduled to be neutered so his puppy-making days are officially behind him!). Now it’s his turn to be the one cared for, loved, and cherished. Henry would do great with a family who can match his playful energy, give him attention, and include him in their daily lives. He’s ready to start his new chapter and can’t wait to find his forever people!
