Story
Jet Jetson is about 5 months old and ready for a home to call his very own! This little fellow's mom is a pure bred Pug, but we aren't really sure who daddy might be. Whit his squatty body, we are guessing it's some sort of chunky terrier something. Whatever he is, he is 100% adorable and a funny little fellow. He'll be a wonderful addition to any loving home. If you're looking for a chunky snuggly buddy, apply for Jet today at www.cprdogs.com. This puppy Is spayed/neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, treated for all of the intestinal parasites, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Because intestinal parasites are cyclical, your puppy may need additional treatment once you get him/her home. This is common and nothing to be alarmed about. Puppies and dogs need to be treated periodically for parasites throughout their entire lives. The adoption fee is $550 if your adoption is prepaid prior to your pup's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on puppies that are adopted at an event, or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368. WANT TO MEET OUR DOGS IN PERSON? Check the Events tab on cprdogs.com for all weekend adoption event info. The majority of the dogs marked as 'meet me' will be there to see you! More and more of our adopters are having fun with DNA tests on their pups. You might ask yourself why our breed guess is varying degrees of difference from the DNA tests. Most of our puppies are rescued from high kill shelters or other abandonment situations and we have no info on parents. When we rescue puppies that have no background info, we make our very best educated guess as to breed mix and age. Our guesstimate comes from years and years and years of animal welfare work and training, but our guesses won't always agree with your vet, your neighbor, your DNA test, etc. The most important thing to know about your puppy's breed mix is that most likely he/she is a Super Lovable Mutt made of many many many different breeds. If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at the Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO www.cprdogs.com. If your application was successfully submitted you will get an automatically generated confirmation email. Please DO NOT USE the ADOPTAPET "CONTACT THIS RESCUE GROUP" form below or you may not hear from us as these often end up in spam or bouncing back. After receipt of your application, an adoption counselor will then be in touch to answer your questions about this pup, discuss the adoption process and get the ball rolling! If you have not heard from one of our volunteers within 5 days of submitting your application, please email mollibo@gmail.com.

Bowser is a cuttie patootie! Pug mix tiny cutie! READY THIS WEEK! To apply go to https://rnrpets.org/dog-application/ - and make sure to give us as much info as possible. DO NOT CALL RESCUE but if you have questions u can TEXT NO CALLS to 9146885499 - please do an application BEFORE texting Meet our cutie patootie Bowser - this 2yr Chug (Chi Pugmix) doll is going to WOW you with his cuteness and charm. This cutie comes to us from a family who sadly had a death in the family and could no longer care for him. They loved him very much and we have updated that he is save and having a BLAST in fantastic foster, loving life with foster people of all ages in the home and dogs and cats. He is just perfect there and they almost adopted him because he was so great but the foster has enough pets at this time. He has been crate and house trained and has good manners. He is a lap dog and loves to play and go for car rides and walks. Great with other pets too. This type of mix is SUPER DUPER smart but we still suggest a pro trainer for any new pet - he should transition easy and is good for applicants. Make sure to research all the fun (and training) he will need to be the perfect BFF! Again - he is SOOO great and loves dogs cats kids! More video and more pics upon request! This cutie is ready THIS WEEK so make sure to apply now before others jump ahead. He will likely not grow much more so he will be a small dog as he is only 17 lbs right now. WE DO NOT DNA TEST for breeds so you adopt and love what you get no matter what tests tell you or do not apply... But the family did say he was from a breeder although no papers to prove. He has had his vaccines been neutered and had preventatives but adopters will have to do another standard vet check. He also has been microchipped dewormed and as we said above he is neutered too. Minimum donation required - $650. Out of state adopters MUST pick up in Bedford Hills NY - no exceptions.

Story
Welcome Johnny to CCPAL Rescue. Johnny is a 10-week-old Pug mix puppy. He is a beautiful tan color with a black muzzle. He has an underbite and a shortened nose. He is a bigger-sized boy pup in the liter. He should be 20 or 25 pounds full grown is our best estimate. He is a laid-back boy and was easy to take photos with. They all have curly tails and the round adorable heads. Johnny is one of two boys in the litter. He was the last puppy to come out of his kennel as he was enjoying his nap. He was very workable and stood stil and sat willingly on the table for the photo shoot. They are all affectionate and cuddly. They are very playful with their siblings. They go on a wee pad but are not fully potty trained. They are good in a crate and are getting regular attention and love at the Rescue. We don’t have the privilege of adopting out many pugs. We are excited to find the pug pups their forever homes. We would prefer pug people for these pups, as they know the breed best. They will be spayed and neutered and ready for their forever homes soon. Someone that doesn’t work all day every day is the best candidate for a puppy. These pups would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older as these pups are small and very trusting of everyone. Johnny is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1869 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org See his cute video!!
