She's still adjusting to her new surroundings and learning what life as a beloved family pet is all about. One thing Mimi is very enthusiastic about? Food! She's highly motivated by people-food and has been known to climb onto chairs and even tables in search of a tasty snack. Her future family will need to help her learn appropriate boundaries and keep tempting treats out of reach. Mimi also has an adventurous side. She's frequently found checking out the front door or garage door, seemingly dreaming about her next expedition. Because of this, her family will need to be extra mindful when coming and going—if she spots an opportunity, she may try to sneak out and explore. The wonderful Canine Care staff is helping me deal with the loss of my guardian and they are giving me extra loving. I lived with a cat and I also get along with dogs.
