Say hello to the King, King George! This little cutie is a true snuggle pro—cuddles are one of his very favorite things—and he brings love and joy wherever he goes. Georgie came into rescue from a hoarding situation alongside 29 other dogs, and while the world is still new to him, he’s learning all the good things life has to offer with patience, love, and grace. King George is currently working on potty and crate training, and he’s making great progress each day. He absolutely adores playing with the other dogs in his foster home and has formed a special bond with his human foster brother. He would thrive in a home with other dogs and older children, where he can have gentle guidance, playmates, and lots of opportunities to learn and grow. While a fenced-in yard isn’t required, it would be a wonderful place for Georgie to run, zoom, and burn off some energy when he’s feeling playful. This sweet boy would do best with a patient family who can nurture his intelligence, help him gain confidence, and provide a safe and loving environment as he continues to explore the world around him. When his fosters first met him, he was the very first one to crawl over for cuddles and start handing out sweet little puppy kisses like they were free samples at Costco. With his soft fur, squishy little face, and loving personality, falling in love with him is basically unavoidable. Even though he’s still a baby, Apple Pie is already showing off his brains. On walks he’s been very well behaved, and he’s practicing commands like sit, stay, and come like a little overachiever. Honestly, he’s the kind of student who reminds the teacher there was homework. He’s still working on potty training and adjusting to foster life, but he’s trying his very best. In his crate he’s been a perfect little gentleman — no toy destruction, no blanket chaos, just a good boy waiting patiently. Apple Pie has so much love to give.
