I adopted a beautiful boy we renamed to Chestnut (was Lucky) from South LA. He was going to be euthanized last Saturday and I simply could not let that happen. He is the SWEETEST boy to ALL humans and is a perfect chestnut brown (hence the name :)) Chestnut is 3 years old and just a lovebug. He will go along with happily cuddling you to going for a walk, to jogging if you like. He barely barks, is fully potty trained, and knows commands like sit and down. The ONLY reason why I am fostering and not adopting now is because my cat is on the older side and doesn’t adjust well to other animals. My boyfriend and I were so hopeful as we fell in LOVE with chestnut, but unfortunately it could not work out. I also purchased so many things (toothbrush/toothpaste, treats galore, healthy foods, toys, beds, crate). I will gladly give them to his next deserving family :)
