Story
She's a loving 4-year old Rottweiler mix. We just adopted her in January but then learned that I am allergic. She's shy around new people in the house but has no problems on walks. She's house trained and crate trained, though we let her roam the house, and she does not cause any problems. She loves to sit on you and eat treats.

Story
Meet Peggy! 🐾 At just 4 months old and about 15 pounds, Peggy is the perfect mix of playful pup and snuggly sidekick. She’s expected to grow into a wonderful medium-sized companion (around 35–45 lbs) — the ideal “not too big, not too small” family dog. Loyal. Affectionate. Close-by at all times. She loves being near her people and Peggy may take a minute to check you out, but once she decides you’re hers, she is all happily transforms into a lap puppy once playtime winds down. Her foster reports that Peggy: • Adores children • Does great with cats • Plays nicely with large dogs • Is curious, confident, and ready to explore Peggy is at that perfect puppy age where she’s ready to learn, bond deeply, and grow alongside her family. With continued guidance and training, she’s going to make an incredible lifelong companion. If you’ve been waiting for a kid-loving, cuddle-ready, medium-sized pup to join your home — Peggy might just be your girl. All of our dogs/pups are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines. Adoption fee: $225 Dogs are in foster homes across the KC metro — we do not have a shelter facility. Apply to meet Peggy here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HAUS/Dog

Story
Meet Georgie! 🐾 DOB: 10/06/2025 Georgie is the kind of puppy who makes you smile without even trying. Bright-eyed, bouncy, and full of personality, she’s soaking up the world one adventure at a time. We were told mom may have been a Rottweiler mix and dad possibly a corgi — but Georgie is proudly her own unique blend. Whatever her mix, she brings curiosity, brains, and playful charm to the table. In her foster home, Georgie is thriving. She loves attention, enjoys playtime, and is learning all the important puppy basics in a safe and structured environment. She’s social, people-focused, and happiest when she’s part of the action. ✨ Why you’ll love Georgie: • Smart and eager to learn • Playful without being over-the-top • Affectionate and people-oriented • Confident, curious explorer • Doing great in a foster home setting Georgie is still very much a puppy, so her future family should be ready to continue working on potty training, leash skills, and positive guidance as she grows. The good news? She’s bright and ready to learn. She would do best with older children. All of our dogs/pups are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines. Adoption fee: $225 Dogs are in foster homes across the KC metro — we do not have a shelter facility. Apply here to meet Georgie: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HAUS/Dog

Story
Coco is 7 years old. She was born on Thanksgiving.2018. (November 22nd). She is a sweetheart! She is very lovable and likes attention. At the same time she is pretty chill. She absolutely adores my grandkids and they adore her. Unfortunately, I have another dog that is small and they suddenly do not get along. She may or may not get along with another dog. This is the only time I have had an issue. She went to doggy daycare for the first year and a half. She played with a variety of dogs. She is a great watch dog. She will alert you if anyone is outside of the house. I just really want to find her the best home. She has been pretty spoiled. ❤️ I have a few bags of dog food I can include. Thanks so much!

Story
Say “hi” to Beautiful! She fits her name perfectly. In fact, she is not only beautiful on the outside but also has a beautiful soul. Let us tell you about this beauty. She is a 4-year-old Rottweiler mix, weighing 45 lbs., which is the perfect size. She gets along beautifully with other respectful dog friends after a proper introduction. She is not a fan of the feline types. So no cats in her home, please. This gal doesn’t appreciate the ones who jump in her face; she prefers to take things slow and get to know them first. Miss Beautiful loves her humans and her goal in life is to please them. She is very playful but will always take a break for pets and a nice cuddle. Beautiful is a smart lady, as she knows that outside is where she is supposed to do her business. She listens well when asked to sit and listens very well when told no. Since she is so eager to please, she is easily redirected. She has been enjoying her leash walks and working very hard to be the bestest girl on leash. Once she starts walking, she calms down and enjoys the sights and sounds. Our beautiful, Beautiful, is sweet and loving. She wants to be with you and loves getting your attention. Her foster shared that she is playful and loving, the kind of dog anyone would be lucky to have. She tells us that going slow with her, along with patience and understanding, is what she needs. If her adopter does this, she will warm up, and they will be rewarded with the love and friendship of an amazing pup. Beautiful is spayed, microchipped and current on vaccinations. She is also current on flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. Her adoption fee is $175. You can fill out an application at PawsitiveTailsKC.org to meet her. Once approved, a meet and greet will be set up. 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤 APPLY @ PawsitiveTailsKC.org 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤 Don’t let this beautiful girl get away. Fill out that application now!

Story
I got Titus from a family member of mine that lived in Tennessee. I live in Kansas. I thought he was going to be a great fit in our home. However, it wasn't able to work out because him being a boxer he's he likes to lean on people and it's a health risk for my grandmother cuz she has to take care of him every so often when I'm at work cuz I don't want to keep him in a cage all day and it's taking a toll on her body so I'm hoping someone can that can handle a big energy. Very nice dog
