I lost my 1st Rottie to cancer a few years back and I thought that I wanted another. I adopted Thor from Midwest Animal ResQ in June of 2024, he was 4 years old. He is neutered and UTD on vaccines. He knows basic commands, ie: sit, down, shake, etc. I have tried to work with him on leash walking, personal space boundaries, greeting new people and animals, etc. but it takes alot more time and energy than what I have. I am 60 years old and I am tired at the end of the day and he wants to go, go, go. We have 4 other rescues in our home, 2 dogs and 2 cats, he gets along well with them all. We have 5 grandchildren, ages 1 - 15 and he gets excited when they come to visit. Thor needs a home with active parents that can keep up with his energy. He is very loving and has never met a stranger, 2 or 4 legged. He loves car and boat rides. It will be hard for me to let him go, but I just can't keep up with him. I will check personal and vet references.

Oh, sweet Bubba! He is such a handsome caramel and black Rottweiler mix of ~7.5 years and ~55 pounds who came to us through @Saving Death Row Dogs in Topeka, Kansas. He's an amazing boy who deserves an equally amazing home. Bubba just adores children! His perfect day is being with his humans, running in the grass, and lounging with his toys. Bubba loves playing on the couch and rearranging the covers, too. Oh, and giving his human friends kisses! He's been around cats and does fine. Ive got quite the personality&#44 and I want so much to be a part of a family and feel included in activities. I am also kennel trained&#44 and I like to sleep in my quiet little spot. Ive been soaking up the love in a foster home recently. When Im not snuggled up with Foster Dad&#44 I enjoy playing with my toys and snoozing the day way.
