Oh, sweet Bubba! He is such a handsome caramel and black Rottweiler mix of ~7.5 years and ~55 pounds who came to us through @Saving Death Row Dogs in Topeka, Kansas. He's an amazing boy who deserves an equally amazing home. Bubba just adores children! His perfect day is being with his humans, running in the grass, and lounging with his toys. Bubba loves playing on the couch and rearranging the covers, too. Oh, and giving his human friends kisses! He's been around cats and does fine. She was not microchipped and reportedly was wandering around the nearest town a few days prior. She is currently being fostered in a home with children, cats and a dog. She has been spayed and vaccines are up to date. Remy is playful and often flops on the ground in front of your feet to demand pets. She has responded well to training for simple commands such as "sit" and "shake". Remy has been very patient with young children, letting them pet her and often giving them kisses. She has met her foster home's dog and is curious about him; unfortunately, he is wary of her. Remy is looking for a home that can give her the attention and love that she deserves, and hopefully a few playmates! I lost my 1st Rottie to cancer a few years back and I thought that I wanted another. I adopted Thor from Midwest Animal ResQ in June of 2024, he was 4 years old. He is neutered and UTD on vaccines. He knows basic commands, ie: sit, down, shake, etc. I have tried to work with him on leash walking, personal space boundaries, greeting new people and animals, etc. but it takes alot more time and energy than what I have. I am 60 years old and I am tired at the end of the day and he wants to go, go, go. We have 4 other rescues in our home, 2 dogs and 2 cats, he gets along well with them all. We have 5 grandchildren, ages 1 - 15 and he gets excited when they come to visit. Thor needs a home with active parents that can keep up with his energy. He is very loving and has never met a stranger, 2 or 4 legged. He loves car and boat rides. It will be hard for me to let him go, but I just can't keep up with him. I will check personal and vet references.

His eyes may be different colors and his ears may be a lil goofy, but no one taught him how to match. He's since learned the good life, and doesn’t require much bed space as he prefers to be as close to his person as possible. If you're in a shared space or apartment, please be aware he loves to sing...loudly. He also enjoys a good tuggy toy with dog friends and chewing on bone bones. Ive been soaking up the love in a foster home recently. When Im not snuggled up with Foster Dad&#44 I enjoy playing with my toys and snoozing the day way.
