Bennington is a Sharpei mix weighing about 65 pounds.As many Sharpeis do, he had some issues with his eye lids and had surgery to correct that while in rescue. All went very well and he's fully healed and ready to see the world.Bennington is a wonderful dog! He's happy-go-lucky, loving and very loyal. He's house trained and has been a joy to be around in his foster home. He's very well behaved. He's athletic and strong and would love to go on hikes and walks with you. Camping also sounds like fun!We think he would be happiest as your one and only pet. Bennington is neutered, vet checked, current on vaccines, licensed and microchipped. Boa needs a foster or forever home 💔Unfortunately, his adoption didn’t work out. His family fell in love with him, but after settling in, Boa began guarding the kitchen/food area from their other dogs and initiated two fights around that space. In a multi-dog home, they understandably couldn’t risk it escalating.Boa is NOT dog-aggressive. He LOVES dogs, lived happily with ours for nearly 3 months, regularly attends doggy daycare, and has never shown aggression during play or normal interactions. He’s also wonderful with kids.Boa is ~2½, neutered, vaccinated, house-trained, crate-free, great in the car, affectionate, smart, and completed a 6-week training course. NO CATS due to prey drive.A pet-free home is ideal, but we’d consider one compatible dog with proper food/resource management. Foster or trial adoption VERY welcome.We’re in Mesa but will travel. Meet Keller Some dogs walk into your life with fireworks. Keller is more of a slow burn. Before you know it, he's quietly become your favorite part of the day. Keller came to us after being found as a stray in a Salt Lake City shelter. No one ever came to claim him, which is hard to believe once you meet him. He's about five years old and is everything people love about the Shar Pei breed. He's loyal, thoughtful, and forms a bond with his person that's hard to describe until you've experienced it. He doesn't need to be in your lap every minute—he just wants to know you're his person. Keller would be happiest in a home that's a little more peaceful than chaotic. He doesn't have separation anxiety and is perfectly content hanging out at home while you're at work. He actually loves his crate because it's his own little retreat when he wants some quiet time. He's great with other dogs, but he'd appreciate roommates who have also outgrown their "frat boy" phase. Puppies who think wrestling is a full-time job? Pass. Tiny dogs that narrate every squirrel, leaf, and Amazon delivery? Also pass. His foster family lovingly calls him The Sheriff because he likes to supervise everyone else's behavior. If another dog starts playing a little too rough, Keller is there to restore order. He takes neighborhood watch very seriously. Keller has had entropion surgery along with a brow lift, and the difference has been incredible. His vision is much better, although it's still not perfect. Because of that, loud noises or things that happen unexpectedly can startle him, so a calmer home is where he'll feel most comfortable. The best part about Keller isn't any one thing—it's how easy he is to live with. He's house-trained, crate-trained, walks beautifully on a leash, rides quietly in the car, and has wonderful manners around the house. He's the kind of dog that settles into your life instead of turning it upside down. Keller isn't looking for excitement. He's looking for his person. Someone who understands that the best dogs aren't always the loudest ones—they're the ones quietly waiting beside you, happy just to belong.
