Why Q? because "Cutie Pie Exraordinaire" wouldn't fit on the paperwork! This guy is the most gorgeous fluffy bear coat shar pei. He currently lives with multiple dogs and absolutely thrives with canine companions. We would love to see him join a home with another playful dog or two because wrestling, zoomies and backyard shenanigans are some of his favorite hobbies. A fenced yard would be a dream come true for this happy little guy. This guy hits about every box Loves big dogs Loves little dogs Loves cats Loves kids Loves life Q doesn't just like toys--he believes collecting them is a full-time career. If it squeaks, bounces, or can be proudly carried around the house, he wants it! His future family should probably budget accordingly...or consider buying stock in a local pet store. One of his most adorable quirks is bedtime. This prince prefers to be chauffeured. He absolutely loves being picked up and gently places in his crate like the tiny royal bear he believes he is. Henrietta aka Henny is about as lucky and unlucky as you can get. Unlucky in terms as she was probably hit by a car and doesn't look like her family was looking for her or her sister Maggie Lu. Lucky as she as found by the most amazing family who got her safetly off the streets and got her into Pei People's hands to get her the car she needed. Henny was found with a broken bone in her right hind leg..for you medical people it was her tibia and fibula. It was repaired by a local orthopedic surgeon using a plate, screws and wire. Everyone who has looked at the post op films is thrilled with the repair. Henny is doing amazing. She was weight bearing on the leg by day 2 post op. She will be spayed and have entropion surgery in approximately 6 weeks once her leg is sufficiently healed. In the meantime we are doing our best to keep this girl in line! No running, jumping or playing! She is great with other dogs. Starts giving kisses almost immediately upon meeting people. She isn't a huge fan of the crate but is tolerating it. Rocco Shar Pei blend versus Shar Pei with pricked ears. Check out his gorgeous purple tongue. He might give Gene Simmons a run for his money! Regardless this boy is 100% adorable! He has just enough wrinkles to make him squishy but not enough to be bothered by all the shar pei issues like horrible eyes, ears and skin. Rocco is equal parts couch cuddlebug and social butterfly, this guy believes every person is a friend and every dog is his future bestie. Come nighttime when its time to go to bed he takes up position in the living room on his bed watching the door to make sure you are safe all night long. Hobbies include leaning dramatically into your legs for pets, curling up next to you like a warm loaf of bread, and making other dogs fall in love with him at first sniff. Rocco is the dog who is happy to join you for an adventure, then spend the rest of the evening pressed against your side like he's trying to become one with the couch. Are you thinking about getting a weighed blanket as you have heard they help with sleep...well Rocco is essentially a weighted blanket with paws. If you have been searching for a loyal companion who adores humans to include kids, cats, and thrives around other dogs, and believes personal space is wildly overrated - congratulations, you have found him. Rocco does come with a warning label: Side effects may include constant smiling, loss of personal space, and never going to the bathroom alone again. This guy is 100% crate trained and trustworthy in the house. He is great on a leash and in fact is fostering in an apartment so all of his outside time is on a leash. This guy loves car rides but can be a bit of a pain in the butt as he loves to check out everything going on around him. He would be an excellent one to play "I spy" with in the car! If you want a hilarious cuddle monster who will love you with his weird little body, this is your guy. Think of him like a squishy emotional support shadow. Oso's world has been turned upside down. His mom who adored him and his chihuahua brother passed away suddenly. Her family was not in a position to provide housing for Oso. These are always tough situations for the pups and people involved but it makes all of us feel better when we can help ease the stress by making Oso a Pei People boy! Oso does great with other dogs and did live with a chi. He has been great around other people and kids. Cats are unknown at this point. We are super excited to get to know this boy better. I am sure it would make his mama in heaven rest a bit easier if she know Oso was in his forever home. So far we have figured out Oso has had some basic training. He knows how to spin which is adorable. He is 100% house trained and loves his doggy door. He would do best in a home with at least one other dog as he LOVES to play. Cleo is so perfect or let me rephrase that she will be absolutely perfect once we get her little peepers fixed. Cleo was loved by her previous owner but financially he couldn't provide her the medical care her little eyes needed. We were able to jump in and bring little Cleo into rescue. She is sweet! Great with other dogs. Loves snuggling with her foster mama. She is doing great with the bunnies in the home. She is 100% house trained and rode great in the car on the drive from El Paso to Tucson AZ. She will need some work on her leash skills but what dog doesn't! Some days you just shake your head! How does this girl find herself wandering around Phoenix in the middle of the summer with her sister? They are freaking awesome Pei! Maggie Lu is estimated to be around 1 but will confirm age with vet at time of spay. Her eyes look really good but guessing a small nip and tuck will be needed to make them even better. She was great with the finders kids who and if in fact named for the little girl who's mom got both the girls safe in her backyard. Maggie Lu is fantastic with other dogs and guessing would be fine with cats. She is clearly housetrained but could use some confidence walking on a leash. Maggie did great on the car ride from the shelter in phoenix to tucson. Zero drama! She is fostering in Tucson AZJuly 18, 2026, 6:52 pm
