INTELLIGENT. SWEET. PLAYFUL. Nova was found as a stray by one of our volunteers and no owner stepped forward. Seeing that sweet, wrinkly face, how could we say no? Since being in our care, she has thrived with love, proper nutrition and even professional training. Nova needs to be your one and only queen of the castle (as she deserves!), as she is a bit more of an independent spirit. Our volunteers and staff love her; they describe her as a sweet, playful and smart. She loves going for walks, taking car rides and running after tennis balls and frisbees. As a professionally-trained dog, Nova has excellent leash and door manners, mastered crate- and potty-training and knows basic commands. Her independent nature makes her a perfect pup for someone who may not be home as often, as she does well hanging out quietly at home. Nova’s adoption fee includes her completed veterinary exams, vaccines, spay and microchip. Apply now to meet this sweet, intelligent girl who is sure to steal your heart! Story
Thomas came to the rescue from the county shelter’s euthanasia list in August of 2023. He was in a severely neglected state to the point where he couldn’t even stand up because he was so underweight and in so much pain. Worse, he was also battling severe pneumonia due to having such a weakened immune system. Under the care of our medical team, poor Thomas underwent an MRI, CT scan, additional bloodwork and x-rays. After all the diagnostics he was diagnosed with rampant valley fever that had taken over his body and fungal osteomyelitis that was attacking his bones as a result. Thankfully, this condition is entirely treatable but has resulted in a longer road to recovery for Thomas. He has overcome his pneumonia and put on much-needed weight. And while his body is still fighting the Valley Fever, Thomas’ quality of life has only continued to improve. He adores his foster home. He now loves to lay between his foster parents’ legs and even will wear pajamas to bed! He also enjoys the company of other dogs and cats, though he definitely wants to spend time snuggling with his people the most. He is house-trained, walks well on a leash and has started learning basic obedience. Thomas’ ideal home would be a quieter household without children and with someone home often who wouldn’t mind going on shorter strolls as he is a bit slower and stiffer when he moves. His long term care will include ongoing Valley Fever treatment. His Valley Fever is not contagious to other humans or pets, but he will need a family committed to continuing his medications and 3-6 month monitoring. We will provide these rechecks and cover the cost of the medications through our foster-to-adopt program. While Thomas loves being in his current foster home, he would love even more to find his forever family. Apply to meet Thomas, the special little engine that could and DID, who is now ready to thrive with a family to call his own! To apply: https://lovethemallrescue.org/thomas-1

Story
Three years ago, Munch was found as a puppy on the streets and ended up in the shelter system early on. After being adopted for years, he was attacked in his last home by larger dogs, which resulted in him being returned to the shelter. After eight long months of being overlooked in the shelter, he was put on the euthanasia list. We could't let his story end there, so we stepped up to save him. Since being with his foster, Munch has finally gotten a taste of the good life. He has received [and shown] so much love! He is energetic, eager to please and curious about everything. He will happily ride in the car with you or be a couch potato snuggle bug while you watch your favorite movie. This boy is such the perfect gentleman in the home! Munch is crate- and potty-trained and likes a quieter household with a consistent routine. He loves to play with toys and people. He is food-motivated, responds well to redirection and loves all the training he's working on. He's intimidated by larger dogs and often scared of loud noises, though he's learning that everything is okay. His ideal home would be one without young children, and if he has any doggy siblings, they need to be smaller than him. Munch is an affectionate, silly goof of a dog who just wants to enjoy a life by your side - whether that’s getting pets on the couch or playing a game of fetch! His adoption fee includes his completed veterinary exams, vaccines, microchip and neuter. Apply below to meet this playful pup who will surely win you over with his big grin and happy wiggle! Story
Ping or as his foster mom and dad call him PING PING. He has quickly endeared himself to his foster parents and all the dogs in the home.  Ping found himself on the dreaded euthanasia list at the maricopa shelter.  One of the most rewarding things of being the foster mom is seeing this frightened broken dog transform into a loving confident dog. He now gives kisses to both his foster mom and dad. Jumps up on the bed in the morning to say Hi and get a few chin scratches. Ping really seems to love men and does a little dance when his foster dad comes walking in the door. He has been great about his weekly ear cleaning and is a dream in the bath tub. This boy absolutely loves being scratched under the chin!  He loves car rides and jumps right in especially when its time to escape the heat to the cabin in the woods. Ping does great off leash and likes to hang with the other dogs. He is a perfect gentlemen on his walks on leash. He is a horse coat which we realize isn’t for everyone but he has a gorgeous coat with the cutest little pig tail  We have discovered this boy knows sit and will actually shake for a treat. He has the most soft mouth when taking treats. He loves meal time and will do a little dance when waiting for his food. No one does Zoomies better than Ping. He can literally fly through the air! Ping is fully vaccinated, bloodwork, entropion and neuter. The only thing he is missing is his forever home. Please adopt Ping so his foster mom doesn't have too :) He is fostering in Tucson AZJune 28, 2025, 7:43 pm

Story
Daisy Mae is about the coolest dog we have ever had! This girl embodies everything that we love about dogs. She is so excited when you come home. She rests her head on your shoulder when you have had a bad day. She is always up for a walk but is also fine snuggling on the couch when is 116 degrees outside and the idea of walking outside just sounds horrible. She loves to play with toys and is up for a good game of fetch the ball.  She is great with other dogs and would love a home with another playful dog. She isn't particular if her dog friend is big or small, male or female...she loves them all. She has been very respectful of the older dog in her foster home. Daisy seems to understand he is too old and frail to play with but will just go curl up in bed with him to give him the cuddles only another dog can do. We are always asked how our dogs are with kids and this girl LOVES kids and kids seem to love her.  She rides great in the car. Her mom walks her everyday and its one of the highlights of her day. She loves meeting new dogs and all the neighbors know her and make sure to come over and say Hi. This girl is incredibly sweet and so resilient with everything she has been through. She came to us from a rural NM shelter after having puppies in the shelter that were all adopted. Because of shelter overcrowding she was quickly put on an euthanasia list. Its the current reality of our shelter system...great dogs with no behavior problems are being euthanized for overcrowding. She has had zero issues with her ears, perfect bloodwork and has had entropion surgery. She does have the cutest 1 brown eye and 1 blue eye. Daisy Mae is fostering in Phoenix AZJuly 2, 2025, 6:09 pm

Story
Pudding has a story we just haven't gotten all the pieces yet but what we know so far is she is incredibly sweet! She is completely house trained and walks great on a leash. She was so easy at the shelter she was put up for adoption immediately after her stray hold was up. Our shelters are so full right now even amazing dogs like Pudding are getting overlooked. This girl has definitely had several litters of puppies but those days are now behind her.  This girl is incredibly squishy but does need to gain a few pounds. She is currently 53lbs. She will be fully vetted prior to adoption. Did we mention she already knows Sit? This girl is smart! She is fostering in Phoenix AZJuly 7, 2025, 2:16 pm
