Meet Louie — the world’s sweetest old gentleman! Louie is a 7-year-old Shar Pei mix with a heart of gold and the calmest soul you’ll ever meet. He’s the definition of an easygoing companion—gentle, well-mannered, and happiest just being near his people. Whether he’s snoozing somewhere cozy, taking a casual stroll, or chewing on a bone, Louie is simply content to hang out and enjoy life. He’s been doing wonderfully in his foster home and gets along great with other dogs, including his foster sibling. While he hasn’t been cat-tested, his calm, respectful demeanor makes his foster think he’d likely do just fine with feline friends, too. Louie is also a smart boy who knows sit, paw, stay, and even picked up lay down just from being shown once. He’s polite with new people, loves gentle attention, and has recently started showing a playful side—enjoying on tug-a-war and nibbling on stuffies! If you’re looking for an easygoing, affectionate companion who brings a peaceful, loving presence to any home, Louie might just be your perfect match. This sweet gentleman is ready to settle into his forever family and be someone’s loyal best friend. ##2600699##

Story
Hi! My dog Alfie is 9 years old, he is a sweet boy who loves his humans. My schedule has become too busy and unfortunately Alfie is alone a lot which he does not like. He needs a family who has more time to spend with him, maybe someone who works from home or retired. He is great with other dogs, has spent time at doggy day cares his whole life, he is good with kids also. He’s a real personality, energetic, sweet and stubborn. I love him so much and want only the best for him. He does have anxiety when left alone and is prescribed anti anxiety medication by the vet which does help a lot. However I have to be out of the house 5 days a week for work and it’s just too much. As mentioned someone who spends more time at home would be ideal. I am happy to talk on the phone or answer any other questions someone has, I just want to find the best time for alfie to be happy and to thrive.

Kopi is a smart and loyal dog but also very protective of one of the owners to a point that she started to go after our other older sharpei. She just turned 5 years old. She is house trained and listens to some basic commands. Need experienced adopter who understands Sharpei traits and no other dog household. She watches TV with us and is a couch potato. Loves her walks daily and her chew toys. She does not have any of the typical Sharpei skin, eyes, health, etc. issues and only need her bathe once every couple months. She is an indoor dog but she also likes exploring our fenced in backyard daily. She will not be suitable to be in any big and busy city environment as she does not like crowds and traffic noises.
