Tofu is a little spit fire. He loves to walk and play in the yard with friends. He is full of energy that he needs to burn off. He will need a home that is active and doesn't have some small kids. He loves to play ball and then climb up on the couch and watch a movie. He is a little bundle of love. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and chipped. He can be tranported anywhere in the US and Canada. ##1508381##

Story
Sweet Sandy is about 6yrs old and she weighs 50lbs. Sandy is a happy, friendly girl that is overdue for her own forever home. She has been moved around quite a bit in the last few years. She is currently in boarding and here is what her caretakers have to say about her: “Meet Sandy! This sweet and spunky ~50lb, six-year-old Shepherd mix is ready to find her forever home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest! Sandy is a wonderful dog, and has an adorably unique underbite smile! Sandy is the perfect mix of playful and well-mannered. She has an energetic spirit and loves going on walks, hikes, and any outdoor adventures you’ll take her on. A big fan of water, she’ll happily splash around and play to her heart’s content. She walks well on a leash, seems to know some basic commands, and has a friendly, easygoing demeanor that makes her a joy to be around. Sandy has also done well with other dogs in our care! Whether you’re hitting the trails or just enjoying time in the backyard, Sandy will be your loyal and lively sidekick. She’s ready to bring joy, fun, and plenty of tail wags to her new home.” She has a wonderful temperament and loves meeting new people so lots of walks and social outings will be welcomed. She gets along with friendly, playful, polite, medium size dogs, too, so play dates would be great. She does not need another dog in the home. She plays too rough with small dogs and does not like cats so no small animals in the home, please. Sandy is a very quiet girl so with a little training she could be a great office dog companion. She is fully house and crate trained so she can stay home for a reasonable amount of hours. She is very wiggly and silly, so she may knock down young children so kids must be over 12yrs old. A 5ft or higher, securely fenced yard is best. For more information or to schedule a meet and greet, please contact Tamera at k9cabbie@gmail.com or Bernice at bernicebellamy@aol.com

Story
Hi… I’m Toffee 🤍 I came very close to the end once. Closer than I ever want to be again. But somehow, I was saved just in time… and now, I’m here, waiting for something I’ve never truly had before. A family. You might notice me right away. I’m a little different from most Shar Peis—my fur is fuller, softer… they say I look a bit like a bear. With my wrinkles and gentle appearance, I may seem strong on the outside, but inside, I’m calm and steady. I don’t bark much. I don’t rush. I like to take things slowly, quietly… especially when I’m somewhere new. I do love food though—maybe a little too much 😊 But that also means I enjoy learning. I already understand simple things like “sit,” and I try my best to listen. If you guide me with patience (and maybe a treat or two), I’ll follow you well. There are still things I need to learn. Living in a home… potty training… understanding daily routines—these are all new to me. I might not get everything right at first, but if you teach me step by step, I’ll keep trying. One thing about me is… when I bond with someone, I bond deeply. At first, I might be a little cautious. In a new place, with new people, I need time to understand that I’m safe… and that you are my person. So instead of reaching for me right away, it would mean a lot if you could wait—just a little—until I come to you. And I will. Because once I open my heart, I give you my trust, my loyalty, my whole self. If you’re someone who can go slowly with me, who understands that real connection takes time, then I promise… I will become your most loyal companion, your quiet strength, your steady, loving presence. I’ve been given a second chance at life. Now I’m just hoping… it leads me to you. Will you be my forever family? 🤍

Story
Hi, my name is Harper! I was born in December of 2023. I appear to be a boxer mix and weigh 50 pounds. I came into rescue after I was found wandering around a rural neighborhood. I am the sweetest girl and love everyone I meet. No warm up period needed. My people say I have a lot of personality and I am a total wiggle butt. I have never been cat tested so my people are going to say no to a home with furry felines. I do well with other dogs. I would love to be with an active family. I was made for hiking! I have never been around children so it might be a good idea if they were eight and up. I am a healthy pup and if you are looking for a new fur baby, I may be the one. I am up to date on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. I am house trained and walk well on a leash. I ride well in the car and love to be out and about. If you are interested in giving me a forever home please email adopt@thezoeygroup.com for application links and additional information.

Story
**About Bean:** Thank you for interested in adopting Puff. Please know that Puff is an international rescue through Taiwan. When your application is approved, you will need to pick her up from the airport - such as SFO, SEA, JFK, LAX, ONT, IAH, YVR etc. International adoption is not a complicated process and we‘ve done the process many years. We would be happy to explain to you how the process works. Sesame, Bean, and Puff, the 3 adorable sisters, were found stuffed in a non-breathable soil bag and left on the side of the road. Their rescuer discovered them after hearing puppy sounds coming from the bag. The bag was tied up, preventing the puppies from escaping, and if they hadn’t been found, they would have suffocated. The rescuer quickly brought them to a veterinarian to ensure their physical and mental health were good. After a thorough medical examination, the rescuer took them home for care after receiving a clean bill of health. Sesame, Bean, and Puff are incredibly sweet and friendly, always showing confidence in their interactions with both people and other dogs. They are not intimidated by larger dogs either. The 3 sisters are smart and fast learners, having already mastered the joy of leash walking. They behave well during car rides, showing no signs of motion sickness. They have no known food allergies and do not display food aggression when interacting with other dogs. After three months of care, completing all necessary medical examinations, and confirming that they are currently free from any health issues, it’s finally time to find them a permanent, loving home. If you’re interested in adopting Sesame, Bean, or Puff, please don’t hesitate to contact us for more details. We’d be more than happy to help! Bean is still in Taiwan. If you are interested in adopting Bean, please go through our international adoption process. Bean is ready for her forever sweet home. Story
~DOB: 5/1/2021 Weight: 55 pounds Energy level: moderate Overall drive: low Location: Santa Clarita, California Meet Louie, happy boy with the perfect balance of silly charm and easygoing companionship. Louie has all the lovable Boxer personality you’d expect: goofy, affectionate, and full of heart; without the over-the-top energy. He’s playful and fun, but overall a pretty calm, chill guy who simply enjoys being around his people.   If Louie were human, he’d absolutely be the class clown - the one making everyone laugh while still being the friend you can count on. He’s a happy dog who loves attention, leans in for affection, and is known to give the sweetest hugs (especially to his foster dad, who he absolutely adores). Butt scratches are also very high on his list of favorite things. Louie is social and enjoys meeting people. He’s well-mannered in public, does great on walks, and has even impressed everyone during trips to the pet store where he happily sniffs all the toys. He knows commands like sit and leave it, rides well in the car once he settles in, and was a total gentleman at the vets’ office where the staff loved him. But the best part of Louie’s story might be his special friendships he forms with other dogs that come through his foster home. He seems to take comfort and give comfort in their presence and would absolutely love to have some canine friends in his new life. Louie may do best in a home without small animals or with someone able to manage, correct, and redirect some hard focus behaviors. He'd mostly love a family that appreciates a loyal, affectionate dog with a playful streak. He’s crate trained, not destructive, and thrives on love, praise, and a good meal. Louie is truly an outstanding dog who deserves a home of his own, and if that home could include a dog friend or even some dogs that he can have playdates, he'd be the happiest pup in the world!

Story
Bruno Mars is, unfortunately, not a world-famous singer. He is, however, a 2-year-old Boxer mix with a heart of gold and absolutely no idea what to do with all that love. Bruno is a shy baby at first—he may need a little time to decide that you are, in fact, cool enough to be his person. But once he gets comfortable, the real Bruno comes out, and this boy is all about the love. He’s basically a romantic ballad in dog form. A little bashful, very sweet, and just waiting for someone to make him feel safe enough to stop being shy and start being your shadow. Bruno doesn’t need a spotlight or a stage—he just needs a patient person, a little encouragement, and a home where he can be the lover boy he was clearly born to be.The dog adoption fee is $110. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordetella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas. Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online.  If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510.  This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services` website.

Story
Max’s estimated birth month is June of 2021, which makes him about 5 years old. He was found on the streets of Houston, Texas in scorching heat, along with another small dog who he had befriended. I adopted Max from Three Little Pitties rescue in Texas in October of 2022. He is WONDERFUL with babies, cats, and other small animals. Once he is introduced to other dogs properly and after he accepts them as part of his pack, he doesn’t mind other dogs. Max does not do well off leash in the presence of dogs that he doesn’t not know and has gotten into a fight with a strange dog and therefore he wears a muzzle when he is around dogs he doesn’t not know. Max is incredibly adaptable and eager to please, though he prefers the spot in the bed that is right next to you. Max takes 1-2 cetirizine tablets per day during the months of March through November to prevent his seasonal allergic flare ups and consequent skin and ear infection. Max weighs about 68 pounds and eats Kirkland green bag dog food
