Story
Meet Violet! Violet came to us when she was found as a stray in Detroit. She ended up at the overcrowded shelter and she was heartworm positive. We knew we had to get this sweet girl to safety! Her wonderful foster mom swooped her up to safety, but soon noticed under all her matted fur was a very pregnant belly. Violet was pregnant! Violet has since had her puppies and is just the best momma. Her puppies are now 6 weeks old and will be moving on to their furever homes in a couple weeks. At that time Violet will be spayed and then will be starting her heartworm treatment. Now that Violet will be done being an amazing mother to her puppies, it’s time to find her a furever home to settle in while she goes through heartworm treatment. (We pay for her treatment and medical needs until she finished treatment. Heartworm disease is not contagious to your pets ) So if you are looking to add the sweetest girl to your family, apply today! *2-3 years old *9 lbs. of cuteness *Working on potty training *Sweet as pie *Does great at the groomers *Loves to play *Dog and CatFriendly (Expected to be kid friendly) Application: https://peaceloveandpawsrescue.com/adopt%2Ffoster-application
