Simon is a very loving cat who is a little skittish at first with affection. We've had him since he was a kitten, rescued from under a house just before forth of july. He still is loving, but may try to fight or be territorial with other cats, so he would likely need to be the only cat in the household. He warms up very easily and is very talkative and playful. Simon is 4 years old, born in May 2021, and is one of two kittens found in his litter. Being a rescue has never stopped him from being a sweet, adoring little cat who wants to join you in any room and any space you let him. He needs a patient family, one that is willing to sit and play with him, as he needs positive reinforcement to feel more confident and safe as he easily adapts once he's comfortable.

Story
We adopted Fred in 2019 from SEAACA shelter in Downey, CA. The shelter told us he was about 6years old at that time so he is currently around 12-13yrs old. He has been and still is a great cat. Very friendly loves to be petted. He is vocal, expresses himself freely. We are looking for someone who can be attentive to his needs and give him a loving affectionate home.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Freeway is a little over two years old.  He’s a Big boy that was Found on the 710 freeway, with a broken tail. Super fun, playful, snack master. Loves toys and playing hard with Fransisco. Because of his tail he has a hard time with hard scratches in his back or being picked up. He can be a little jumpy with loud noises and heavy steps. Fransisco is a Lynx Point. Polydactyl. Born March 2023. Found in an alley at 4 months old.  He’s Mischievous, a wiggle worm who really loves pets when he is sleeping otherwise he is on the go. Constantly playing with one of two toys. A pink spring toy or a blue spring toy. He too loves wand toys specifically if they have feathers   He’s super goofy and full of love.  Both Freeway and Fransisco are super Curious and completely entertained by each other, although sometimes Freeway just wants to chill while the wild child is going richter in zoomie mode.  These boys need to be adopted together. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  Prior to adoption, all cats have the following services: Spay or Neuter 3 in 1 Vaccination De-wormed Treated for fleas Tested for FIV/FELV Micro-Chipped $175 for 1 or $300 for a pair  Upon adoption you will receive coupons from Petsmart for various items to help get you started with your new cat.  All adoptions require an application, contract and adoption fee.    Link to our online adoption application. http://www.thecatcove.com/adoption-application.html Meet and Greets and Adoptions will take place at one of our Long Beach Petsmart adoption centers by appointment only while we are Social Distancing.
