His fur was matted, he needed a shave down and he needed a lot of teeth pulled. Now he is beautiful again and in perfect health! Callisto loves to play and is a goofy guy. He likes to be held and lots of pets! He really enjoys human company and rolls around on the ground when you talk with him to show you how much he loves your attention. He is looking for a loving home, and will provide sweet companionship to his human. He is very grateful to be rescued as he shows with purrs and closed, blinking eyes. Callisto does well with another kitty, preferably one who is calm and not an alpha. He is also able to go solo and be just fine being the only cat. Dogs are not in his cards and kids who are older and cat-experienced would do well. He will need a little patience with a new family for a few weeks with a smaller room and then he will be comfortable. She enjoys toys, cat trees and fluffy blankets to snuggle in. She is definitely beautiful and she knows it! She would do well with older kids instead of younger and is not a fan of dogs. ** Note: Cashmere is a mild Pica cat, which is why we marked her as "Special Needs". We adopted flurry from our local petsmart. Flurry did not want to be set down when we first got him, which is why we chose him. He warmed up to the our other cats very quickly. At the same time, he became very timid around people and will run away when my wife and I come around. Sometimes he becomes very affectionate and will come up and cuddle. The next moment he takes off running when we walk by. We’re hoping he can find a forever home with someone who has less going on at home as we are always coming and going and my two daughters are inside and outside a lot.

My wife and I adopted flurry from or local petsmart over a year ago. He did not want us to set him down when we got him. He warmed up to our other cats very quickly but developed a fear of people and now runs away on sight. He will still allow my wife to pet him and will randomly come up and cuddle but most of the time will run. He’s fed soft food and hard food daily. Uses litter box. Hoping he will find a forever home that maybe doesn’t have so much going on. We have kids that come and go a lot and it just didn’t turn out as we were hoping for.

We adopted flurry from our local petsmart. He was very clingy and didn’t want to be set down when we spent time with him. We have two other, very friendly, cats and when we brought him home he warmed up very quick to the cats but became very very timid with humans. One second he will let you pet him and the next he will run and hide from you. He’s been very well taken care of. Loves soft food and hard food. He loves to play with a lazer. We’re hoping he can find a home that is maybe a bit more calmer than ours. We have kids that are in and out of the house. Maybe a calmer house can open him up.
