Here's Coco's whole story: Coco was given to Mike Zeidan, of Randa's Market in San Francisco, to be a mouser. Mike’s previous store kitty was the beloved KitKat who lived at the market for 8 years before being run over and killed by a Waymo car. You might have heard about this incident. It was all over the news and was quite traumatic for Mike and the 16th street community, who all knew and loved KitKat. So Mike took Coco in to be spayed and was crushed when Coco turned out to be FeLV+. He was going to return Coco to the original guardian until he found out there were other cats living there. Now what? Enter Karen, a huge SNAP Cats supporter. Karen knows Mike through her hubby, Rick, who works at the Roxie theater next door Mike’s Market and who helped Mike navigate the whole publicity generated by the Waymo death of KitKat. Merlin’s head tilt is due to a bad untreated ear infection. We think it adds a lot of character! We believe Merlin’s twisted rear leg is a birth defect. Mae Mae was originally adopted by my grandmother and enjoyed a quiet, relaxed lifestyle. When my grandmother was no longer able to care for her, I welcomed Mae Mae into my home. Over the past year, our family has grown with the addition of a baby, and we've noticed that the increased activity and noise have been stressful for Mae Mae. She thrives in a calm, peaceful home where she can enjoy plenty of naps, lap time, and affection. We estimate that she is around 10 years old and would do best in a quiet environment where she can be the center of attention and enjoy the slower pace she loves.

Shiloh is THE sweetest boy. He loves children, really, people of any age. He is perfectly fine with other animals and was raised with other cats and dogs small and large. He has a very calm and chill temperament. And the most beautiful, striking blue eyes. He loves to be outside all day and come home to a comfy & warm house every night. But if the weather is cold or rainy he wants to snuggle all day. We are so sad to find him a new home. But our lives have become too busy and overwhelming through diagnoses and we are unable to give him the attention he deserves. We have also been unable to get him proper vet care due to tight finances. He has not been on regular flea meds and has worms from fleas. Please be kind, I’m just wanting to be forward and honest. Please give this sweet boy all the attention he deserves!
