Goober (name in progress as I found this cat almost a week ago) is a sweet loving cat that showed up outside my door and decided to hang around. I’ve taken them to a shelter but no microchip and if they were going to go home I think they would’ve done so already. I’m hoping to find them a good home that can be patient with them and give them the love they deserve. I can’t afford to keep them and already have a cat of my own, who isn’t a big fan of Goober.

Hi there! My name is Isabella. My human dad is moving and can't take me with him, SCC offered to help me find me home. So, let me tell you about myself. I am about 2 years old and a playful girl. Transitions can be bumpy sometimes, so while I might be timid at first, your patience will be rewarded with lots of love! I love to be petted but I will tell you, I have been known to give warning bites, not hard, but would be better with older kids that understand cat signs. I like to play, especially with those wand toys! I have my favorites. Those (and treats) are always great for bonding. I love being close to my person. I have been known to nibble on toes and am a great lap companion. I don't have any dog experience, well, or cat experience for that matter. You really only need one cat anyway, right? I have lived an indoor life and that suits me just fine. This is mitski, she's a loving 7 year old siamese cat. I had gotten her about a year ago from a friend who could no longer keep her due to allergies and after about a week she warmed up to me very well. She loves attention, she enjoys head and chin scratches the most. She will sit happily between or against your legs in bed and purrs like a machine.Shes a little on the chunky side at 14 pounds and loves her food, chicken treats and catnip. She does like to play but seems to be more of a "bring the toy to me" after a bit.She is an indoor cat, always has been. She did originally come from a hoarding house but the only way that seemed to affect her negatively with is her dislike of other cats so she will have to be the only kitty in the house. Currently she is around a small dog and seems indifferent at best.Mitski is a wonderful, loving kitty that I want to give to her forever home and will give her the love and space that she needs.
