Hello, Lake is a very loving and active cat. My daughter who is an officer in the Navy found Lake at her base and adopted him last year. My daughter came home during Christmas break and asked me to keep Lake for her and I said yes. I already have a cat companion who has lived with me since birth (approximately 7 years). My cat is an indoor cat and had never been exposed to a cat or any other animal; it has been just the two of us. It has been very difficult to have both cats in my home. Lake is very loving and wants to engage with my cat, unfortunately, my cat is not interested in engaging, nor does he appreciate having another cat in our home. I wish that I could keep Lake, but for the reasons mentioned above, I must rehome him. He needs a home where his owner is playful, engaging and can take the time to give him the individualized attention that he needs and deserves.

Currently at a Gresham Foster Home. Melody is a a sweet girl with a dominant personality. She adores pets and sitting beside you on the couch and has even started getting on her foster's lap! She also has that sassy Siamese personality and will swat/bat at you when you stop petting her and she wants more, or to tell you NO when she is not in the mood for pets. She seems annoyed by most other cats and is the "fun Police" at her foster's home. We think she would do best as an only cat. When Cat Utopia took her in she had 5 precious newborns, she was an amazing though very protective mother and her babies have grown-up and moved out. This empty nester is ready for a home and family of her own! One that treats her like the QUEEN she is of course! She will repay you with much purrs and leg rubs and lap warming. I’m a typical kitten who loves to play with laser lights, wand toys and jingle balls. My foster mom throws toys for me and my brother to chase after. My favorites are the soft toys that look like mice. She also cuddles me and hold me like a baby when she trims my nails or treats my teary eye. I am being treated for that with an eye ointment, and it isn't a battle - I actually like that, but it might just be a part of who I am. My brothers didn't seem to have the same issue. I might be timid at first, but I really like attention. Since you are new to me please be patient while I get comfortable. I am easily won over with the delectable churros! I am a healthy boy, microchipped, neutered. I am bonded with my brother, (CM - Rumba). I’m a typical kitten who loves to play with laser lights, wand toys and jingle balls. I love being held like a baby and I am really a sucker for the churro treats! At my foster house, we have a game where all of the toys are collected up and then tossed so my brother (CM -Tango) and I can chase them. I do have a few favorites. My brother and I are very bonded and would like a home together! We'd probably do better in a home with older kids. I think the little ones are a bit noisy. I have heard of dogs, but not quite sure what those are. I am already neutered, microchipped, up to date on my vaccinations. Azy & Piper BONDED -LAP CATS Both know their names and will mostly come when called, (but they are cats!) They like to cuddle in a ball and sleep together. They are absolutely adorable and well behaved! Azy (more white fur) Piper (more snowshoe markings) Azy will be overjoyed to cuddle in your lap. Piper loves to follow you see for herself what’s going on. Both love to be involved. Both love very serious cuddle lap time. When you come home expect to be greeted by the sight of these lovely ladies cuddling together. Shy at first meeting they warm up to the most wonderful cuddly kitties. They enjoy every bit of attention. Both are good with cats, dogs, children. Their new family will be overjoyed at how loving they both are! Reason for rehoming: My mom is deceased. I’m caring for her cats. My landlord thankfully allowed this temporarily, but I’m not able to keep them. Mom loved them so much (as do I) but she wasn’t in a good financial position.
