Story
Currently at a Gresham Foster Home. Melody is a a sweet girl with a dominant personality. She adores pets and sitting beside you on the couch and has even started getting on her foster's lap! She also has that sassy Siamese personality and will swat/bat at you when you stop petting her and she wants more, or to tell you NO when she is not in the mood for pets. She seems annoyed by most other cats and is the "fun Police" at her foster's home. We think she would do best as an only cat. When Cat Utopia took her in she had 5 precious newborns, she was an amazing though very protective mother and her babies have grown-up and moved out. This empty nester is ready for a home and family of her own! One that treats her like the QUEEN she is of course! She will repay you with much purrs and leg rubs and lap warming. All adoptions start with an adoption application. The link is on her AdoptAPet profile page.

🛸 Say hello to Silver, a handsome gentleman 😎 with a calm, dignified presence. 👑 He is a naturally reserved fellow 🤫 who prefers to take his time observing his surroundings 👁️ rather than jumping right into the action. 🛋️ We do not know the details of his history 📜, but it is clear that he appreciates a gentle approach 🌸 and a peaceful environment where he can feel secure. 🕊️ Once he feels comfortable, Silver shows his affection through quiet companionship, soft blinks 😉, and resting nearby while you read or work. 💻 If you have a serene home and the patience to let a deep bond form naturally 💞, Silver will be a loyal friend. 🤝 Primary Color: Lynx Point Weight: 10 Age: 8yrs 0mths 1wks

Story
Isaac has the kind of face that makes you stop and look twice. He is a long-legged, big-cheeked tomcat with the coolest coat with the sort of coloring that is hard to neatly describe because there just aren't many cats walking around who look quite like him. At an estimated two years old, he has grown into a wonderfully handsome guy, and underneath all that striking tomcat swagger is an absolute lover-boy softie. Go watch Isaac on YouTube and get a better look at this one-of-a-kind guy. His photos deserve a second look, but his sweet nature is even better in motion. https://youtu.be/1AYEqHJrsgk Isaac is affectionate, loving and confident with people. He enjoys attention and has that lovely grown-cat quality of being able to connect without needing to turn every moment into an event. He has a softer, sensitive side to him too, and his foster has gotten to know him well enough to recognize that Isaac is happiest when life stays fairly peaceful. He isn't looking for a bustling household with constant activity. Give him a calmer home, people to love and a comfortable place to stretch those ridiculously long legs, and we think you'll see the very best of him. He currently lives in a foster home with other cats and does well with them, so another feline friend could certainly be part of his future. He also doesn't appear to need another cat to feel complete and could be perfectly content as your one-and-only. A calm, respectful, cat-savvy dog may also be possible, but Isaac's ideal household is less about exactly who lives there and more about the overall energy. Quiet, predictable and easygoing suits this gentle guy beautifully. There is something especially appealing about a cat who looks this distinctive but turns out to be such a tenderhearted companion. Isaac can carry the big tomcat face and cool-guy exterior all he wants. We know the truth- this handsome fellow is built for a softer life. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Story
Alayna may be labeled a kitten but watching her move gives off tiny mountain lion vibes. Estimated to be around 3 months old, this beautiful dilute Siamese girl has bright, curious eyes and a gracefully gorgeous way of moving that we are sure will agree brings to mind a tiny mountain lion exploring her world. She's being lovingly fostered in a home where she's growing up with other cats, surrounded by the kind of daily care and gentle socialization that gives kittens such a wonderful start in life. Go watch Alayna on YouTube, then come right back to read more. Watching her graceful little movements and curious spirit gives you a glimpse of the cute and confident companion she's growing into. https://youtu.be/_rVdRXOyaYA Like many young kittens, Alayna found her outing for photos and videos a little overwhelming. New places can be big adventures when you're only a few months old. Back in the familiarity of her foster home, she's able to relax, play, and continues building on that confidence with the people and cats she knows best. Alayna is ready for a family who will enjoy watching her personality unfold day by day. One of the greatest joys of adopting a kitten is getting to witness exactly who they become, and she's off to a beautiful start. Story
I got Samantha from a shelter back in January! She is a very sweet, loving girl, though new places can take a bit of getting used to for her. She would prefer to be the only cat, but if you do have other cats, she can adjust with a slow, careful introduction because she can be a little hissy and might swat at the other cats.I'm guessing she lived on the streets for a long time before the shelter, as she doesn’t really understand toys or know how to play normally. Instead of chasing things, she just kind of wiggles at them in the cutest way! She is a truly wonderful, good girl who loves the occasional belly rub.

What my friends at OHS say about me:I really enjoy meeting new people, but new places are very scary and overwhelming for me. I may make a good fit for a busy home, but I wouldn't enjoy traveling or car rides.Booty scratches make me so happy!I may look like a cat, but really I am 100% snugglebug.Fearful Behavior: I can be worried about new people or new surroundings. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to go home to a calm environment. Helping me lose weight will allow me to live my best life! The type of home I'm looking for:I lived with dogs in my last home. I lived with other cats in my last home.I lived with babies and young kids in my last home. It could be with you! Click here to learn about the adoption process.
