Meet Danton!Danton is a 2-year-old sweetheart with the gentlest soul. He would thrive in a home with another friendly dog to play with or with a human who’s home often and ready to soak up his affection. At night, he sleeps peacefully on the floor beside his person or tucked under the bed, and sometimes he’ll quietly rest his head next to them just to ask for a little love before drifting back to sleep. It’s impossible not to melt.Danton truly enjoys human affection—he leans into hugs and soaks up every bit of attention. He adores his people but also loves running and playing with other dogs. He’ll bark at his dog friends to invite them to play, but otherwise he’s a pretty quiet, polite boy. Rocky was born on July 21, 2023. He is a happy, energetic poodle who has been raised in a family home with children and his parents. He is fully house-trained, well-behaved, and does great with kids and other dogs. Rocky has no behavioral issues and is a very loving, social dog. As a young puppy, Rocky had puppy strangles, which has been fully resolved. He is now completely healthy and requires only normal care. He does have some small, permanent scars on his face from that time, which may be more noticeable with a poodle cut, but they do not affect his health or quality of life.

Meet Noodle! He is a tall, slim, handsome guy who is ready for his forever home. He was out looking for help ( or a new home ) one day when he came across a couple who helped him look for his owners. When the owners were not found, his helpers got him into rescue. While TSBR does not generally have DNA results on dogs in program, Noodles friends wanted to know what makes up this handsome boy. 72 % Poodle (Medium and Standard) 24 % Golden Retriever 3 % Poodle (Toy and Miniature) 1 % American Cocker Spaniel What a great testament to his fantastic personality! This playful, loving boy is fully vetted and ready to find his new home! Noodle loves all the people he meets. He knows sit, shake, down, and place and is making good progress on leash training and can heel. He is house trained and uses a dog door. Noodle sleeps quietly in either his kennel or on a dog bed by his foster’s bed. He does not get up on the furniture or ask to do so but could probably be convinced if you would like this! Noodle is loved at the vet and great at the groomers. He loves car rides and will lay on a pillow quietly in the back of the car. Noodle does not jump on people or counter surf. He also is not a barker. He is a trusted member of his foster family and has full range of the house when his fosters are away. This energetic boy loves to play with other dogs. He is considerate of older and smaller dogs as well. He does play energetically with dogs of his own age and size…his foster sister taught him that. Recently, Noodle has been showing interest in stuffed toys and has a large ball that he loves to chase and carry about.
