Story
Meet Jack! A lively eight-month-old Poodle mix currently living in Yukon, OK, whose essence is pure puppy joy wrapped in a sleek black coat, complete with a charming white goatee and a blaze down his chest. Jack is equal parts energy and heart, a bundle of enthusiasm who greets each new day like it's a playground waiting to be explored! Since his arrival on New Year’s Eve, this spirited pup has blossomed into a playful, social, and loyal companion. He recently completed a 10-day camp training course where he discovered his favorite thing ever—playing with other dogs! A home with a canine buddy who can keep up with his zoomies and zest for life would be a dream come true. He knows how to "sit," and while he's still working on learning boundaries (he may tug on your clothes or arms to get your attention), Jack is all about connection and curiosity. His communication style is puppy-esque, filled with nibbles and nudges, never malice. He’ll thrive with a patient, active caregiver who can continue his positive reinforcement training and provide the consistency and love he needs. Jack's perfect day includes chasing bubbles, playing ball or frisbee in the yard, and running gleefully through the sprinkler. He’s crate-trained and sleeps peacefully through the night, waking up ready for snuggles and outdoor adventures. Though he's not quite suited for apartment living or homes with small children (he's still a jumper!), he is an ideal match for a home with a fenced yard, lots of playtime, and a young adult who can match his energy and affection. He comes fully outfitted with all his essentials—crate, cover, leash, collar, harness, toys, food bin, and heartworm medication—ready to make a joyful transition into a caring environment. With his soulful eyes and boundless spirit, Jack is a one-of-a-kind pup just waiting to start a lifetime of adventures. Could your home be the place where Jack’s next chapter begins? Story
We rescued Teddy NKA Brayleigh and a few others from the shelter. We don't know all the details but we know it was a "protective custody"and I believe they forced the owner to surrender most of their dogs. Some were in worse shape than others. Meet Brayleigh– A Gentle Soul Learning to Trust - Female recently shaved from being so matted. Approx. 2 years. White/curly coat. Doodle: Brayleigh is a beautiful 2-year-old Doodle. This sweet girl has already overcome so much in her short life. Rescued from a severe hoarding situation, Brayleigh had very little to no human interaction and came to us fearful and unsure of the world around her. Brayleigh is making good progress. She’s currently in a foster home where she’s being gently socialized through a method called desensitization and tethering conditioning—which is just a fancy way of saying we’re helping her associate people, sounds, and experiences with comfort and safety. And it’s working! She’s beginning to show her true personality: quiet, curious, and incredibly gentle. Brayleigh will thrive in a calm, patient home—preferably with another confident dog to show her the ropes. She needs a family who understands that trust takes time and is willing to move at her pace. In return, you’ll get to witness something truly special: a once-shy dog blossoming into a loyal, loving companion. She is fearful of people but loves other dogs. and getting better each day. If you believe in second chances and have a heart big enough to help Brayleigh, write her next chapter, she just might be the one for you. ##2357309##

Nellie and her sister Nova were relinquished by their owner because he had too many dogs. They are black and white Old English Sheepdogs.  Both girls are super sweet and have really begun to flourish now that they are being shown love and affection.  They love to play with other pups and these two girls really would benefit from remaining together.  They have survived alot together. We just know that the perfect family is looking for TWO beautiful pups to add to their family.  Maybe it's you!  Please fill out an application so that you can meet these sweethearts and give them a chance to win you over:)    ##2231360##

Story
Meet sweet Doug!Doug is a 40 pound, one year old white standard poodle mix who is super sweet and cuddly. He always has a smile on his face. He’s potty trained, crate trained and recently neutered.Doug gets along with other dogs but also likes his personal space. It takes him a few days to warm up to new friends, because he doesn’t want to feel overwhelmed. His way of dealing with this is a low growl, although it isn’t an aggressive growl. It’s more of a “I need a little space and time to get used to you growl”. But once he gets used to you he’s cool as long as you don’t infringe on his space. It’s more about animals than it is about people.Doug likes to play and romp and he’s a curious puppy. He loves his sleep and he doesn’t mind his kennel at all. He will even willingly go lay down in his kennel in the evening just to chill. He understands the command “go to your kennel” especially combined with its night night time. He currently sleeps in his kennel with no issue. Sleeping is normally 10:30 pm to 7:30 am.Doug eats well. I currently feed him in his kennel because I have four dogs, but I’m sure he can get used to not eating in his kennel but he will currently go to his kennel when he knows it’s time to eat. His food was making him a little constipated so he’s been getting some pumpkin added to his kibble.Doug likes chew bones, which are good for his dental health. He likes cuddling with you and rubs behind his ears.He walks well on a leash and does well riding in the car.He is still learning other commands and manners. He currently doesn’t let you know when he needs to go outside for potty so I’ve just been letting him out pretty often. He hasn’t had any accidents. Sometimes he will start barking for no reason so that may be his cue I just haven’t figured it out yet. When he first came to my house he was nervous and unsure of his surroundings and was marking so I put belly bands on him but once he got used to being here he stopped marking.Doug would be a great addition to your family. Not sure how he is with children but he is pretty chill so I wouldn’t think he would be rough with them or snappy. Wouldn’t you like to add Doug to your family? To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. Story
Meet Chipmunk!Hi, I’m Chipmunk. I may be a little shy at first, but give me some time, and you’ll see my sweet, gentle nature shine through. I’m a quiet and reserved kind of guy who appreciates the simple things in life—a cozy spot to rest, a peaceful companion, and a kind human who understands that I warm up at my own pace. Once I feel safe, I’ll be your loyal, loving friend.I enjoy the company of other calm dogs and find comfort in their presence. I’ll tolerate puppies, but if I had a choice, I’d much rather have older, mellow friends to share my space with. If you’re looking for a gentle soul who will appreciate your patience and kindness, I’d love to meet you. A calm, loving home sounds like the perfect place for me to truly shine. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt.
