We cleared that right up of course and he is now happy and healthy with no medical issues. He is a sweet boy that is good with people and other dogs! He loves to play with toys but doesnt like to share his things with other dogs. Coco is currently in board and train for the new year (2024) and is learning all his basic commands! He is learning sit, down, stay, and heel. He is also learning how to be better socialized with both people and other dogs! Story
Meet Santos! He is a 3 year old schnauzer/husky mix. He is a sweet, goofy boy who loves being with his human. Santos enjoys playing outside and like to play fetch; although he is still learning to give up the ball after retrieving it. He knows his sit command and is very treat motivated, but he still needs some training. Santos is about 50 pounds and does not realize his size and sometimes jumps on you or can be mouthy. He does however, respond well to correction, but needs someone who can use patience and positive reinforcement to give him guidance and boundaries he needs. He is a smart boy with lots of potential. Santos gets along with other dogs that are more on the submissive side and are smaller than him and he is totally fine with cats. He needs a more experienced dog owner that will give him the boundaries and rules he needs. He will also do best in an adult only home. Santos is full grown at 50 pounds. Our adoptions are restricted to residents within 30 miles of the South Bay area of Los Angeles. We do not ship animals or do long distance adoptions. See our adoption policies for more details on our adoption process. If you are interested in adopting one of our available pups, please complete an adoption application. You can find the application at: https://noahs-bark.org/adoption-application. We will arrange a meet and greet with the pet with approved applications only. Please note, an approved adoption application and meet and greet does not guarantee you will be selected to adopt the pup. We do not show our dogs any other time. Please follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Noahsbarkdogrescuela.All donations to Noah's Bark are secure and tax deductible. Give a tax-deductible gift to Noah's Bark at bit.ly/NBDonate. Noah's Bark is an all-volunteer organization, 100% of your donation goes directly toward the care of the animals in our rescue.

This low rider is Max.  Your guess is as good as ours on what his breed is but he’s around 25lbs and has a wire-haired coat.   He came from the streets of Armenia and doesn’t really ask for much when it comes to finding his forever home. He just wants a place to curl up and sunbathe unbothered, go on walks, and get all the treats.  He loves people and gets along with dogs. He doesn’t really care to play with dogs so he definitely won’t mind being the only dog where he can soak in all the attention. Story
Buddy is looking for a committed long term foster or better yet...a forever home! Buddy....A Most Deserving Dog! This handsome boy deserves and needs a great home as he was bounced from one shelter, to an adopter, only to then be returned to another shelter. The staff at Santa Monica Shelter fell in love with him and reached out to us for help. We took one look at his sweet face and after hearing his story, we knew we had to help and got him out immediately. Buddy is a sweet and loving boy that loves people! He craves and deserves love and affection. Buddy must be the only dog in the home and should be in an adult home only-no kids. He needs strong pack leaders. He loves to spoon with you in bed and is an excellent watch dog. Buddy has received the most excellent one on one training. We want this lovable boy to have stability in his life and the forever home he deserves. Age: 3 yrs old Weight: 30lbs Male Schnauzer/Poodle mix - Schnoodle Please contact us at: gina@theforgottendog.org or 310-990-2020 adoption fee: $550 We only adopt in the Greater Los Angeles areas as an in person meet/greet, home check, and trial period are required.
