So before Leo got brought into this world, We (my family) had two cats named Luna and star. They had babies and that’s how Leo came about. She’s now seven years old. She was a family cat and has been trained and raised with us since she was a baby .When I moved out of my mom‘s house, I took Leo with me and she’s been staying with me ever since. Leo is a very, very loving cat. She loves being pet. There was times where we used to let her roam outside and she would just love to get pet by anybody who walked past ANYBODY. She loves cuddles. her whole life she’s lived with other pets. She does require frequent brushing also. Now that I am moving and I’m not able to bring her with me this time,I am looking for a home for her and looking for people who will love her just as much, but if not more than I do. she does require frequent brushing and wiping.

Chance has been an amiable companion since day one to his foster mom! We found him in the street but too friendly to release. He has chubby cheeks and the prettiest jade green eyes. He is also the longest cat we have ever seen, so we named him Mr. Big. His foster brothers were not very friendly at first, but he won them over and now they love him. If you think your cat would never welcome another cat into the household, give Chance a chance!

Carmelo was adopted. He is a lovely and lively furry friend. He loves to play catch, play tag, and watch birds and squirrels on tv. He loves grilled chicken by fancy feast and chicken flavor treats. His trilling noises are his way of communicating, nonetheless a unique and pleasant furry friend to be around. He loves company, I don’t want to return him to the shelter. Looking for a pleasant home that suits his needs. 💕

Rocky is a super duper sweet boy. He loves pets and spending time with people, whether or not they are strangers! He is a lap cat and very personable. Unfortunately, we cannot keep him as he has started spraying and peeing outside the litter box. We had him checked out medically and he is perfectly fine, but we have a young son who is crawling and do not have the ability to try and retrain Rocky. It breaks our hearts that we have to rehome him but we know that the right person can help him break this habit. He loves other cats, but our other cat has been aggressive towards Rocky lately and that could be contributing to the behavior.

Meet Jake — your new best buddy! Jake made his way from an overcrowded North Carolina shelter to the DMV in search of a brighter future, and he’s ready to find his forever home! This handsome 6-month-old boy sports a stunning marble coat and an even more beautiful heart. Jake is a total sweetheart who loves scratches, playtime, and—of course—treats. He’s a champion cuddler who adores being petted and will purr his heart out to show his appreciation. A big fan of being close to his people, Jake is also a devoted leg-rubber who just wants to be part of the action. He’s still growing into his frame, so a few extra snacks make him extra happy! Jake eats both wet and dry food, and he’s already a pro with his pellet litter box. We think Jake would thrive with another young feline friend to romp and play with—but most of all, he’s looking for a loving home where he can give all his affection.. She was rescued from an abusive and traumatic household, and while she has made progress, her past has understandably left her with lasting fear and anxiety. I already had another cat, and unfortunately, the two have not been able to coexist peacefully. Due to her fear-based responses, she has become reactive. That said, she has the capacity for deep affection and loyalty. Once she chooses her person, she forms a strong, loving bond and becomes incredibly devoted. She would do best in a quiet, stable environment as the only pet in the household, with someone patient and compassionate who can provide her the time, space, and security she needs to truly thrive.

Meet Moose! He is a playful, friendly, sweet black cat who loves everyone and is always looking for pets. He is very vocal and often has a lot to say. He loves going on walks outside and napping in high places like his cat tree or on top of the cabinets. Moose had stress cystitis and some urinary problems back in April and again in May but thankfully now has been managed by a mandatory prescription wet food and dry food diet. Moose would best be suited for either an active, single person able to take him on walks and/or play with him a bunch and show him lots of loving, or a family with older children who has someone home often. I am not sure how he is with babies/kids, and he can be too playful/aggressive with other cats, but I think he would be ok living with a dog after some adjustment. He really is a sweet guy and just wants a loving home ASAP! Adoption fee is negotiable.

***Shy but a sweet boy looking for his furever person **** Theo is a 2-year-old, dark, male tabby with big, round, soulful eyes. Once he settles in he is oh-so affectionate, rubbing around your legs and following you around. He lives for pats, strokes, and cuddles. Very easy going, he gets along well with other cats be they rambunctious or retiring. Quite energetic, he needs lots of space to move around in, but is very much a well mannered house cat. ##2512767##

Sassafras is a beautiful 2-year-old calico with a gentle, curious spirit. She loves exploring new spaces and is very inquisitive, which makes her a great candidate for mental enrichment like food or treat puzzles (still to be tested with her foster). She’s food-motivated and enjoys both thoughtful engagement and interactive play. When it’s time for fun, Sass happily chases wand toys, and when the day winds down, she’s more than ready to snuggle up in bed with you. While she isn’t overly vocal, she has the sweetest way of greeting her foster—offering a few soft, welcoming meows while rubbing affectionately and weaving between their legs. Sass is currently content being the only cat and would thrive as the center of attention. With slow, proper introductions, she may also do well in a calm household with an older, easygoing cat. One of her most endearing and unique traits is her love of car rides. They seem soothing to her, and you may even catch her making biscuits in her carrier while traveling. She has comfortably handled car rides lasting up to 90 minutes without making a single peep—an exceptional little traveler. Sassafras is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, and fully litterbox trained. She’s ready to start her next chapter and is hopeful to find her forever home in 2026.       ##2451234##
