Sabrina is amazing!! She's a very sweet, fun, and independent cat with no challenges, until lately. I've LOVED having her the last 5 years! I adopted her from the Humane Society in North Carolina when she was 3 (she's 7-8 now). She's lived with me across several states and been a great, adventurous companion as I pursued my graduate training. But I now work long hours and I think she is bored during the day and needs more companionship. She has been scratching a few things and peeing outside her litter box the last few weeks. This has been costly between vet visits and cleaning or replacing items. The vet's diagnostic tests have shown that she has no medical issues (I can provide this paperwork), which suggests that her current challenges are behavioral. I'd like her to go to a great home where someone has more time for her, or possibly more pets for her to interact with. I think anyone would be lucky to have her, but I can no longer care well for her given my work schedule.

Found Alone, Still Full of Trust 💛 We found this sweet little tabby kitten in our neighbor’s garage. Sadly, she seemed abandoned and alone. Based on our vet's opinion and our best guess, she's about 6 months old. She’s gentle, affectionate, and social with kids, cats, and even dogs! Unfortunately, our own dog hasn’t accepted her, and we can only keep her for 2 more weeks. She’s a curious little explorer who loves to snuggle when tired. She deserves a safe, loving home where she won’t be left out again. She was successfully spayed this past Saturday and her vaccinations are fully up to date. Peanut is about 6 months old. She is the runt of the litter and is so tiny compared to her siblings. She is caring and affectionate and loves to cuddle and lay on your lap. I am hoping to find someone that will adopt and take good care of her. This precious girl is full of affection and absolutely lives for cuddles and attention. She adores being around people and other pets—she’s especially smitten with my German Shepherd and Chihuahua! She doesn’t enjoy being alone and will happily follow you around, rubbing against you to make sure she has your love and attention. She has a little miracle story, too. She was found on the side of the road after we narrowly missed hitting her. When we turned back, she ran right up to us as if she knew she was finally safe. It took her a little time to realize she wasn’t in danger anymore, but once she did, her loving personality truly shined. She is litter-box trained, playful, loves her toys, and is incredibly friendly with people and pets alike. She’s a gentle, cuddly, and trusting girl who just wants a home where she feels safe, loved, and never alone. I would have loved to keep her, but my biggest wish is for her to find a forever home where she can continue to feel protected.

Lovebug is a lovable cat, hence her name. I found her as a stray 7 years ago, and she was seemingly about 1 year old then. She is well trained indoor. And she loves the outdoors too. She is hopeful to get outside the house for a few hours at a time. She has left many a gift at the front or back door to show her love and appreciation. She tolerates other dogs and cats, but until she gets familiar with them, she typically will keep her distance. She loves a scratching post or pad and will use it faithfully. She uses a litter box properly. She eats minimally; she likes to keep her figure. She does love to give and receive affection to her human friends.

This adorable orange cutie is Flash.  He was born to a feral mom in April 2025, along with his two brothers, Thunder and Bolt. Lucky for them, when their mom was being TNR’d, a foster stepped in to socialize them and help them find loving homes. Flash has the sweetest little sad face, but don’t let that fool you—he’s full of personality! He’s playful, affectionate, and loves spending time with his siblings and the resident cats. He’s also a cuddle bug who enjoys being held and getting loved on by his foster family. In the evenings, you’ll find him curled up on the couch for snuggles or playing with his siblings. He does well with other cats and mostly ignores the resident dog. Flash would thrive in a home with another cat to be his buddy, or he needs to be adopted with one of his siblings. He’s ready to find his forever family and bring joy to their lives!

Cornflower is her name. Solid black with mainly green eyes, sometimes yellow? She is a friendly if not even clingy girl. DOB approx 5/1/25 Cornflower was found as a stray at a local Mexican restaurant, hence the name. The moment we had her and reach in for a touch, she showed how human loving she is. We could not put her back so now the search is on to help her find a forever indoor home of her very own. She gets along with the other cats in the house and can very much be a lap cat for you.

Abandoned in a shopping basket, but never again. 💔✨ When our volunteer finished her shift at PetSmart last week, she didn’t expect to find "merchandise" left behind in a basket. But there they were: Bart and Lisa. Two tiny, huddled souls left in a plastic cart like something someone decided they didn’t want at the last minute. They weren't toys or bags of food—they were living, breathing babies who were terrified and alone. Today, the view is much different. Bart and Lisa are safe in a loving foster home. 🏠 They are still learning that hands are for petting, not for leaving. They are still finding their "brave," but every purr is a victory. Can you blame them for being cautious? After being treated as disposable, they are waiting for someone to show them they are indispensable.
