Milkshake is a sweet 4 year old tabby cat. She has a calm serene nature and would be best as the only cat or with another cat with a mellow nature. She is both an indoor and outdoor cat that likes to explore around the house and the garden.

Outgoing Harvey showed up first outside of an industrial building where the employees started to gain his trust and feed him. Uber-friendly Harvey accepted their invitations for friendship after a short while, and soon started inviting himself inside the front door, so they decided it was probably time to look for a new home for him. After he then also brought his new girlfriend Necia to join him, everyone started worrying that there would be kittens if they didn’t do something to prevent it soon. Harvey was very protective of Necia, so they didn’t get chance to get close enough to her to see if she was also tame. Once the 2 cats started getting too bold and trying to come indoors to the office, the employee contacted GNAR to help find a home for them. So they borrowed traps, and brought them to their new foster home. Harvey continued to guard Necia, so the foster home separated them to let Necia show her true personality. Harvey also sweetened up more after he was relieved of his perceived responsibility as Necia's protector and provider. Description Umami is a cuddly, outgoing, affectionate, very handsome kitten. Personality Umami was confident and an extrovert the day he was found. Even though he had never been held by a human before when found at 8 weeks old, he had no problem with it. He was a bit scared for the 1st few days but as soon as you picked him up he melted into a puddle of purrs. He loves to explore and has no fear. He is very curious and is oblivious that some other animals may want to eat him. He will burst out of a doorway, run right up to a large new dog, slipping through the bars of a babygate to join the pack. Umami is talented at jumping up onto a counter to get closer to you. He is a daredevil, talker and enthusiastic eater. Patience is not his forte and he will make sure you know it. Background Umami was found in front of a house all alone after a big storm in southwest Houston on Mon May 13. His momma never came back for him. His finder brought him to a foster home who had 3 bottle baby kittens of about the same age and added him to the litter of orphans. He was just old enough to already be able to lap kitten formula for himself and eat solid food. Flower is an amazing, special petite girl! She is only about a year and a half, nice orange coat (kind of rare for females to be this orange!) and has the sweetest personality! She is a lover, a talker, follows you around, likes to sleep on your lap and is one special girl. Flower is kind of small for an adult cat, has good litter box habits, doesn't eat lot and hardly sheds. If you are looking for a super buddy to cuddle with, Flower fits the bill!

Picard is very friendly with people and other cats. He is not shy, maybe just at first when he is getting used to his surroundings! But he is really playful and bold. He likes to play with everything, including the scoop when you are putting his food in the bowl. He is still young at 1.5 to 2 years old and can play like a kitten. He has a beautiful coat and a big puffy tail. Picard is named after Picard on Star Trek because he has a leader like personality. He enjoys being by the window and getting some sun and fresh air. Watching the birds is always fun too!
