Cecily was quite spicy when she first arrived. She warmed up slowly when we added a plushie to her bed for her to curl up next too along with gentle pats. Cecily just needs a place to be herself - to come into her own and be confident enough to be a cat. She is learning day by day to relax, and slowly recognizing what "toys" are. Cecily no longer has to fight for her place in the world- she is also learning just how special she is - and when she looks into your eyes- Cecily lets you know just how special you are to her. She is shy - but not aggressive, Cecily just wants to know she is safe :). She also has a curious purr that sounds melodic - as if her throat is an instrument :). Note: Cecily is a champ at using her litter box- however we don't think she has ever been housed before but she is not apt to jump to high places as she is too shy right now to do so. :) Hello there the adoption fee is $20.00 CASH OR CHECK it is low as we do not spay/neuter our animals or vaccinate as we do not have a vet on site. Upon adoption you would sign a legal contract stating that within sixty days you will get them sterilized and vaccinated per state requirement. Sometimes due to age or complications the 60 day window can be extended however only by a vets discretion. Your contract is not fulfilled and your adoption of the pet cannot be successfully closed until proof of sterilization and vaccination is provided to us from the adopter. You may come to the shelter any day of the week between 8 am and 4:30 pm, just please give us a call beforehand to let us know you are coming at 281 291 5644. Thank you!

Wanda is currently around 4 years old, very cuddly and sweet. Sadly she doesn't get along with any of our other cats when we have them in the same room no matter what we tried. She is very active and loves to play around with toys or even just play attacking to sometimes.

Oliver is a playful and energetic I took in august of last year, he's a year old so he's still pretty much a kitten. He loves to play and is full of energy he wants nothing more then to have a playmate! but unfortunately he's a bit too playful for this household so he needs a new home, he is a indoor cat. He has all of his shots and has been fixed so no need to worry about that. i really want a good home for him, he's a sweet cat but im not sure how im going to move with him and not to mention the Corgis in the house are making him really stressed.

Tigger was found with his litter at a construction site, and a friend who works there rescued him and brought him to us. We originally planned on keeping him, but after moving we found ourselves in a situation where our landlord does not allow cats. We also have two dogs, and unfortunately they have not adjusted well to having a kitten in the home. This has been a very difficult decision, but we truly believe Tigger deserves a home where he can be the center of attention and receive all the love and care he deserves. Our priority is finding him a safe, loving family that can give him the life he deserves. If you think you could provide Tigger with a wonderful forever home, we'd love to hear from you.

Theo is a very sweet, social and playful boy! He is great with humans and other cats, and loves to play with toys. Theo rides very well in his carrier in the car wherever he goes. Theo does great at the vet clinic and allows his doctor to full examine him ears, teeth and everything else. Theo is now ready to find his forever home and family.
