Story
These bonded cats were adopted by the Humane Society in Tacoma and Pierce. They are great cats, love to play and very affectionate, the gray one (Clyde) was adopted and classified as overweight / obese, however he was lost a lot of weight due to him having a calm playful personality. We sadly cannot keep them as my 10 month daughter has begone to show signed of allergies to cats and dogs. I wished to go through the safer route of the Humane Society again, but I got orders to leave the state by the end of the month and will not be able to take them with me. If anyone can show these two a loving home and know they will make great pets. Due the short time notice and bonded pairs I lowered the fee to 50 dollars in hopes it can allow good homes to be able to afford them. Thank you in advance

Story
My husband and I adopted these two cats Oakley (male shorthaired) and Olive (female long haired) sibling kittens in 2017. They have since been a huge part of our lives and even moved homes with us in 2020. They have been an amazing part of our family and our two daughters absolutely love them. Unfortunately our youngest daughter has a cat allergy and we will no longer be able to keep our cats. Oakley is very adventurous and loves to play! His favorite game is fetch with a pinecone. But he can also be very snuggly, especially at night. Olive is a big fluffy fur ball! She let our daughter climb/snuggle/play on her as babies and she loves a good pet session! We are really hoping to find them an amazing home they are both welcome in.

Story
Missy is the sweetest girl but we have reached a point we cannot care for her. Financially we cannot care for our cats anymore and it breaks our hearts to have to rehome them. Missy is the last one we have and we want her to go to a good home. She is full of love and once she’s warmed up to you all she wants is pets and cuddles and to be in your arms.

Story
HEARTWARMING RESCUE STORY DOB 8/26/22 Hey there, everyone! I'm Lollis, a very affectionate, delightful, playful “torbie” gal which means that I'm a brown tabby with patches of peach that makes me look like I was splashed with caramel in a candy factory. I can't get enough time to spend with Foster Meowmy, so I sleep with her and am always asking her for cuddles, especially when I don't have to compete with the resident cats for her attention. Although my independent, freedom-loving spirit has proven helpful in dealing “as needed” with the dogs, other cats, and kids in my foster home, my innate friskiness has made me a perfect companion for those same kids. I’ve been very bonded to Foster Meowmy ever since she spotted me at her jobsite as a seven-month-old stray kitten who had no momma or siblings in sight. Realizing that Foster Meowmy was my ticket to a life that was better than dumpster diving, I wasted no time and ran up to her. She scooped me up and drove home with me cuddled in her lap. Yes, our special connection began on that unforgettable journey. To this day, in those cherished moments when I need a little snuggle, it’s Foster Meowmy to whom I turn when I seek cuddling. I hope that my heartwarming rescue story has touched your heart. Yes, I chose Foster Meowmy, and now it's time for you to choose me to be your next feline companion. I want to become an integral part of your life and make every day an adventure worth sharing. Arrange to meet me today, and let's form a bond that's unbreakable! Incidentally, there are advantages to adopting a gal like me who’s past the stage of kitten mayhem. I’m much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break any of your family heirlooms. HOPE ID 23-1014-A047 Lollis is currently in the Houston, Texas area but can be transported to this location upon adoption. The $325 adoption fee includes transport, health certificate, spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. Story
SWEET MOMMA DOB 5/1/23 Ms Ethel is a sweet mittened torbie who, although she prefers not to be picked up, will come over to you for petting and snuggling. Ms Ethel is a stately kitty who is independent and can go hours on end without needing humans. She's simply a low-maintenance kind of gal. Ms Ethel was brought into HOPE when an elderly couple found her and her newborn babies in their backyard. Completely soaked and very hungry, the kitties needed immediate help. A foster stepped up and took in the forlorn family. Fast forward months later, and all the kitties have been adopted with only Momma left. Can Ms Ethel bring her sweet, undemanding ways to take the bite out of your being alone? Or bring some quiet companionship after your long, hectic day at the office? If so, arrange to meet her so you can give her some much-appreciated scratches and snuggles. Just because she’s independent of humans doesn’t mean that she doesn't have something to give others. In fact, she has so much love to give – all she needs is YOU! HOPE ID 24-0515-G124 Ms Ethel is currently in the Houston, Texas area but can be transported to this location upon adoption. The $325 adoption fee includes transport, health certificate, spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. Story
Say hello to Uno, a 7-month-old sweetheart who's looking for a loving forever home. Uno may be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he feels safe, his playful and curious personality quickly shines through. He loves exploring every corner of the house, chasing toys, and turning everyday moments into little adventures. When playtime is over, Uno becomes the ultimate lap baby. He loves curling up beside his favorite person and is happiest when he's getting cuddles and affection. He's incredibly sweet, gentle, and has so much love to give. One thing that's especially important about Uno is that he is bonded with his best friend, Archie. They love playing, cuddling, and keeping each other company, so they're looking for a forever home where they can stay together. Adopting this adorable duo means double the love, double the purrs, and double the fun!

Story
Mr. Mustache is a beautiful large and in charge ham of a man. He was a neighborhood stray who I brought inside but unfortunately am not able to keep him as he is FIV positive and my other cat is an old lady and not his biggest fan. I’ve gotten him fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. His exact age isn’t known but we are guessing between 5 and 10. I’ve flea treated him as well but he does live in my garage currently so there may be some strays. Mustache deserves a loving and pampered life indoors as the only cat or along with another FIV positive kitty. My old lady cat doesn’t like him but he’s never showed any aggression towards her when they have met, he didn’t even hiss. He tolerates my dog as well so he might be fine in a home that has a dog. I want to find him the right home and make sure that he always stays out of the shelters, so if for some reason it’s not the right fit please know I will always take him back! He’s such a special boy and deserves a forever home.

Story
Nemo was a stray, brought in off the street about a month ago. He is scheduled for final round of vaccines and neuter on July 14, 2026. At this point in time, he still seems to prefer hiding under the bed when we go to spend time but is getting better with allowing closeness, and he has always been good at using the litter box. I believe he is about 1 year old and I think his little bent ear gives him a cute charm. Nemo also has a litter mate that will be listed here and the reason I am looking to rehome is I dont have the resources for 4 cats at this time, and I already have 2.
