Story
We got sweet otis in 2018 with his sister Poppy. In 2020 she tragically passed away and that caused otis to become a bit of a scaredy cat. He is a wonderful kitty. We got a new little kitten (Peaches) in 2020 because he missed his sister so much and they are now a bonded pair. So they come together! They fight like siblings and also cuddle up next to each other in the same minute. I think something about losing Poppy really cause some anxiety and stress in him and so part of the reason why we need to rehome him is that he needs a kid-free ideally empty nester situation. Peaceful, calm... He really loves people. We always describe our cats like they are dogs! They follow you, come to you, greet you.. it's the best! We travel a lot and he can get stressed when we leave. So overall, it's just going to be better for both of them to find a new home. We are going to really miss them. There is a lot more I could say! They are our babies. So please reach out and ask!

Story
Peaches is the best! She is just like a dog. Follows you, comes to you, talks to you and loves people. She doesn't love kids which is why she would need an empty nester or older kiddos home. She is bonded with her brother otis and they have the most sibling type relationship. We love her so much and we are super sad to need to rehome her! We got her in 2020 from a friend whos cat was having kittens! She is such a little peach.

Story
MEOW! I'm FENNEC, a 5-year-old handsome tabby boy who needs a foster or forever home. I have a sweet personality and beautiful green eyes! I was rescued from a California shelter, and then tested FIV-positive, which only means I need to be the only cat in your home. But I'm a healthy boy and I love human attention and affection. I'm a friendly fellow who loves to be held and cuddled. I can be a bit shy at first, but once I get to know you, I'm all purrs and head rubs. I'm a gentle soul, mellow and easy-going. I promise to bring a touch of tranquility to your life. Can you foster or adopt me? I'm currently in Southern California but can be transported to Washington. Please email for an application.

Story
Bolt is a 1yr old grey tabby. He is not shy. Very confident. Someone abandoned him and I found him in my yard crying. I have 4 cats (all girls-ages between 8-10 yrs old.) I have been trying to integrate him with my girls but it has been unsuccessful. Today, Bolt attacked one of my girls and it was hard to get him off of her. The incident really traumatized my girls and I have come to the conclusion that intergration is not going to happen. It makes me very sad because I have come to love bolt, but it’s unfair to him and to my girls. Again, he is a very sweet, loving cat. He needs to be with a family and make cats.

Story
💛 Sweet tabby looking for a quiet forever home (Bellevue/Issaquah area) Meet Susu, a beautiful adult female tabby who needs a new home through no fault of her own. She's looking for a patient adopter who can give her a calm, loving space to be herself. The basics: • Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped • Indoor-only, fully litter-trained • On a prescription diet (Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein), easy to maintain • FIV-positive but otherwise healthy About FIV: it's often misunderstood. FIV cats live long, normal lives. It is NOT spread through casual contact like shared bowls, litter boxes, or grooming. It only spreads through deep bite wounds, which is why she just needs to be the only cat in the home (or live with other FIV+ cats). She poses no risk to humans or other species. Her personality: she's a shy sweetheart. She takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once she trusts you, she's an affectionate, loyal companion who loves a cozy spot and quiet company.

Story
This is Moon, she's about 8 months old. I adopted her and her brother together, and she is the biggest lover. She literally follows me everywhere and hangs out on my counter when I get ready for the day. Recently Moon was spayed, and since the spay my dog has been picking on her. I can tell it's stressing Moon, and she had been hiding more, but also she had stated peeing in places that aren't her litter box. I have gotten extra litter boxes and it has not helped. I read that stress can be causing this, and I think my dog is stressing her out. She IS litter trained and this is just a new reaction. I don't want her to be stressed or fearful of my dog and I think my best option is to re-home her where she feels more comfortable. Because of my experience I am suggesting a home without dogs. She loves children and other cats, she has never scratched me and my niece and nephew play with her and she is super sweet with them.

Story
Meet Gemma & Jax – Better Together Gemma and Jax aren’t siblings by birth, but they’ve built a beautiful sibling bond in foster care — and now they’re ready to find their forever home together. Both started life as strays in eastern Washington before finding safety through Red Waggin’. They were paired in foster care for companionship and socialization, and they’ve become fast friends, sharing playtime, naps, and plenty of snuggles. Gemma – Female about 8 months old, a shy and quiet sweetheart who came to us with her mom, Jewell. She’s learning that the world can be a safe, loving place. Jax – Male about 11 months old, playful and affectionate. In his previous foster home, he loved romping with older cats and has kept that joyful spirit. Bonded Pair: These two must be adopted together. Indoor-Only Policy: Red Waggin’ requires all cats to remain indoors. If you’re ready to give a loving home to a gentle, playful pair, Gemma & Jax would love to make your life a little cozier (and a lot cuter). ************************************************************************* ADOPTION INFO CAT adoption fees include: - All Basic Cat Vaccinations - Rabies - FIV / FeLV Testing - Flea Treatment - Spay (Up to $100) - Neuter (Up to $100) - Microchip & Registration All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs and cats in our rescue.
