Not good with kids, Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
A super sweet boy who would do best in a home without other animals or small children. While he has lived with other cats, a small dog, and young children for most of his life, he would truly thrive as an only fur child. He still has the energy of a kitten! He is very playful and hasn’t slowed down one bit. When he’s not playing or watching birds from the window, he loves to cuddle and will happily curl up in your lap or on your chest. He enjoys being pet and showered with affection. Like many cats, he can become overstimulated and may swat or nip if he is uncomfortable, nervous, or doesn't want to be touched; especially if faces are too close. An experienced, cat-savvy home would be ideal. He has been an indoor cat his whole life but shows great interest in the outdoors and enjoys safely exploring the yard or going on short adventures in a cat backpack or carrier. He would make a wonderful companion and has so much love to give to the right home.

Story
Ruby is an affectionate and cuddly 4yr old cat that enjoys people and occasional outside adventures. Sadly, we need a new home for her due to a new family member’s allergies. We’ve had Ruby for 3 years with no major issues. She is a joy to have in the family and we will be sad to see her go!

Story
Luna (7) and Pumpkin (3) are a bonded pair of female cats I’ve been fostering since April. They are very affectionate, social, and loving; true lap cats once they’re comfortable. They originally came to me through a church situation, and due to ongoing housing issues with their owner, I’ve continued caring for them. Unfortunately, I can’t keep them long-term because I already have a resident cat, and while Luna and Pumpkin are wonderful with people, they do best as the only cats in the home. About them: Must be adopted together (very bonded); - Ages 7 and 3 - Both female - Spayed ; - Up to date on all vaccinations including rabies - Friendly, affectionate, and people-oriented - Litter box trained - Healthy They would do best in a quiet, stable home where they can be the only pets and stay together.

Adopted at the end of August from Seattle Animal Shelter. He's a rambunctious almost-2-year-old who wants to play, but our resident cat will NOT accept his presence in our home. We are reluctantly hoping to find a better home for him.

Story
Meet Gordita (Tita) 🐱 — a gentle, loving girl looking for her forever home. Tita was adopted in July and has a calm, sweet personality. She is affectionate, cuddly, and enjoys quiet time as much as gentle play. She shares a close bond with her brother, Churro, and they love to play, nap, and cuddle together. They would do best being adopted as a pair. This is a very difficult decision, but I’m moving and my schedule now involves frequent travel, and I’m no longer able to give them the time and stability they deserve. My priority is finding them a safe, loving home where they can thrive. If you can give Tita and Churro a loving home together, please message me for details or to meet them. Please share to help them find their forever family. 🐾

Story
Limerick and Clerihew are part of our Poem Transport. Limerick is a silly dude, as you can see in the photo with him basking in the laundry basket! Limerick does well with the friendly resident cat in his foster home, and is a great brother to Clerihew, his shy brother. Because Clerihew takes time to warm up, the pair would do best in a quieter home without dogs or children. Please visit our website www.motleyzoorescue.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.
