Story
Chase (14 years old) is a sweet, low-key senior cat who enjoys a calm, predictable routine. He is affectionate in the mornings and evenings and loves cuddle time during those parts of the day. During the day, he prefers to relax in different cozy spots around the house. One of his favorite quirks is squeezing himself into small boxes.Chase also enjoys “showers” — he likes to sit in the shower with a gentle trickle of water and will groom himself while it runs.He prefers head pets. He is sensitive about touch on his body and will usually move away or give a gentle warning nip if overstimulated, so he does best with someone who respects his boundaries. He is litter box trained and eats both wet and dry food.Chase is a senior cat with some medical needs. He is on daily medication for thyroid and blood pressure management and can occasionally have periods of vomiting, which is part of his ongoing condition and currently managed with care.Rehoming is due to a move where we can't keep him.

Story
💛 Sweet tabby looking for a quiet forever home (Bellevue/Issaquah area) Meet Susu, a beautiful adult female tabby who needs a new home through no fault of her own. She's looking for a patient adopter who can give her a calm, loving space to be herself. The basics: • Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped • Indoor-only, fully litter-trained • On a prescription diet (Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein), easy to maintain • FIV-positive but otherwise healthy About FIV: it's often misunderstood. FIV cats live long, normal lives. It is NOT spread through casual contact like shared bowls, litter boxes, or grooming. It only spreads through deep bite wounds, which is why she just needs to be the only cat in the home (or live with other FIV+ cats). She poses no risk to humans or other species. Her personality: she's a shy sweetheart. She takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once she trusts you, she's an affectionate, loyal companion who loves a cozy spot and quiet company.

Story
Charlotte is a social and opinionated 13 year old cat we adopted from a shelter over ten years ago. She loves to be in the same room as you and receive lots of attention, though these days she also tends to sleep in her favorite sunshine spots a decent amount of the time! Generally speaking she is very loving to those who care for her, and is easy to take care of on a daily basis. Charlotte is very food motivated and also enjoys being outside in enclosed spaces (enclosed balcony or porch) whenever she gets the chance. Over the last year Charlotte has had an increasingly difficult time getting along with our two younger male cats, and we worry about her quality of life especially at her age. We are hoping to find her a safe, loving, and most importantly a calm environment where she can continue to live a wonderful life and bring joy to someone else’s home.

Story
**please note that all kittens must be adopted with a sibling unless you have another cat in the home** They can go together or individually to a home with another cat- but we do not advise adopting a single kitten. It is best for most kittens to be adopted in pairs- or go home with another cat. This helps avoid "Tarzan syndrome" where single kittens become difficult because they have no one to play with and bite them back. This can become quite challenging to manage as they age- and is often a reason people desire to surrender cats later. Also, nearly all who started out noting they only want one cat, come back about 6-9 months later and ask for another as a companion- however, it is much simpler to start with two that are bonded from the start.
