Story
Meet Ollie! I found Ollie because he was on the Urgent list at the shelter, and when I met him, I couldn’t understand why. He is about eighth months to one year old and adorable, and had an amazing temperament when we met. I ultimately decided that, although he wasn’t fully what we were looking for, his life was worth living. He’s already potty trained, knows basic commands like sit and lay down, learning how to walk on his leash, etc. and I was able to teach this all within one week! I would love to find a home for Ollie that would be able to give him the attention that he deserves and more exercise as well. If you are looking for a Velcro puppy that is loyal, loving, and loves car rides and/or adventures together, look no further!

Story
Jennifer is a snuggle bug at heart. She is incredibly sweet and affectionate and loves nothing more than to spend time with you on the couch. She is energetic and fun, but isn’t overwhelming and loves to explore new places. She tends to get a little anxious when she is by herself, but is wonderful with other dogs. We rescued her in February 2022 and genuinely have no idea what breed she is but she is a lovely dog to bring into your home. Unfortunately, I’m taking a career change to New York and we cannot bring her with us or we would.

Story
Update on Rocky from his foster Mom! Rocky honestly is the foster I’ve had that’s adjusted the fastest! The rest of the family came back from vacation last night and he’s already cuddling with them and kissing them. He’s a really sweet guy, everyone loves him! Rocky’s prey drive doesn’t seem that strong. He saw both squirrels nearby and geese on our walk today and while he showed interest and pulled ever so slightly, he was okay. I think walking him with a harness has been key. He’s very easy to walk with a harness. He’s a big baby, just wants to be with his person and cuddle. He won’t even finish his food if I’m not standing over him. He plays but he’s not super high energy. He enjoys his toys and cuddling. Rocky is going to need a little patience with his potty (he’s gotten much better), he just needs some security. He’s done really well though and continues to improve. I think he’ll thrive and do really well with a schedule and a family or human that’s mostly at home. He’s been pretty easy overall. Welcome Rocky! Rocky is a handsome 5 year old that is looking for a new home because of a change in living situation. He is great with other dogs, but definitely no cats! Rocky needs a fenced yard where he can enjoy the sniffs and smells of the world. He is not great on leash, but is eager to learn. We are just getting to know Rocky and will post updates as we learn more. Story
Update on Lucas! Lucas is a happy boy and loves people and playing with the others in the yard. He is a wiggle butt when he's happy and his "happy tail" has healed, so he is ready for his new family! Because he was a stray, we don't know much about him, so he needs a family that will remind him of any training he's had, as well as, be patient as he gets back in to the swing of being part of a family! Meet Lucas! This handsome 2-3 yr old blue boy with a natural tail is ready to find his forever home. Lucas was found as a stray and the family that found him stated that Lucas was okay with their dog and their son. At this time, Lucas is in boarding. We would love to find Lucas a foster home so he can begin the next chapter of his life. Won't you give Lucas a place to lay his head?
