Officially, he’s 9 years old... but don’t tell him that. He clearly thinks he’s still in his prime and has no plans to slow down anytime soon! Chester came to us from a local shelter after his previous family could no longer care for him due to illness. Now he’s settling into foster care and showing us what a loving, lively companion he can be. This little guy is all about walks, playtime, and following his people from room to room like a furry little shadow. If you're looking for a devoted sidekick who will happily curl up next to you at night and stick close during the day, Chester might be your perfect match. He's fully housetrained, in great health, and thrives when he’s the center of attention. While he currently lives with other dogs in his foster home, he’d really shine as the only dog — soaking up all the love (and treats) for himself. Chester would do best with an experienced dog owner who can help guide his enthusiastic spirit with a little training. So, no small children is recommended. He also needs regular grooming to keep his non-shedding coat looking sharp — a great bonus for allergy-friendly homes.     Meet Sophia Belle, a tiny, 5-pound, Yorkie sweetheart who is all about snuggles, softness, and staying close to her people. At just 2 years old, she has a calm, relaxed vibe and would love nothing more than to curl up in your lap or beside you on the couch for a cozy nap. Sophia Belle walks nicely on a leash (or very close to it), is crate trained, and does well when left alone, making her a lovely little companion for someone who wants a low-key best friend.   This dainty girl is friendly with men, women, older kids, and small dogs, and she simply needs a little time to warm up when meeting new people, which is typical for many Yorkies and other small breeds. Once she feels safe, her playful side comes out - she loves squeaky toys, will happily run and fetch, and then settle right back in for cuddles. Because she is so tiny, she will do best in an adult home or one with teens and up, where everyone understands how to handle a small dog gently and safely.   Sophia Belle is scheduled for her spay and dental on 12/23 and will be ready for her forever home once she has healed and her vetting is complete. Meet Pebble! Pebble is a precious 7-month-old Yorkshire Terrier with a big personality in a tiny package. She’s playful, curious, and full of that classic Yorkie spunk. Pebble is still young and working on her housetraining, but she is already pad-trained and eager to keep learning. She enjoys the company of other dogs and would love a home where she can have a gentle playmate—or a cozy lap to curl up in, which is truly her favorite place to be. Pebble can be a bit mouthy when she plays, as many puppies are, and because of her very small size, she could easily be injured. For this reason, a home without young children will be the safest fit for her. We are also seeking a home with a small breed approved fenced yard. Pebble currently weighs about 5lbs., (est. birth date 07/21/2025), and her adoption fee is $660. Pebble has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped. She is recovering from a fractured pelvis and a burn injury on her back, but is healing well. Puppies require a lot of time and commitment. Sir Bentley Fitzsimmons a/k/a Bentley is and adorable, sweet and fun loving 9 yr old 11 lbs ( he's a bit chunky) Yorkie rescued from a local shelter. Bentley LOVES to play fetch more than anything, he also likes tug of war and playing with other small dogs. He is housetrained and will scratch at the door to tell you when he wants to go out. He was given up due do to landlord issues and we suspect that is because he has a very large bark for such a very small dog! He is heartworm tested negative, vaccinated, neutered, chipped and had a much needed dental and tooth extraction. He does not mind cats at all. Bentley seeks a local home with another small dog. Furniture privileges are fully expected. Fenced yard is preferred but not required. Due to his size, no small kids please. Local Inquiries only! Must haves: -Must be willing to play fetch a lot, and I mean a lot! -Must be willing to buy lots of toys -Must have another small dog - under 20 lbs -Must reside in Metro Atlanta Deal Breakers: -Apartments/Condos, anything that shares walls with the neighbor -Out of state or non metro Atlanta -Small kids -No similarly sized playful canine companion
