Story
Christine “Chris” Farley (don’t even act like you don’t see it, too) is bootilicious, 4-5 year old, female, American Bulldog. This girl is THICC, but, as her foster mom would say, athletic. Chris LOVES to play fetch. She’d play fetch with you all day long if you’d let her. She’s a very happy-go-lucky, friendly girl and the shelter wasn’t kidding when they said she’s never had a bad day. Even when she was euthanasia listed, Chris still wore a bulldog smile! This sweet, dog friendly girl, is approximately 85 lbs. She could shed a pound or two, but is in general, a large girl. Despite being all white, she can both see and hear! Chris will sleep on a dog bed if you make her, but she’s also super happy to crawl up in bed with her foster mom and canine brother. She’s well-mannered in a home and both house and crate trained. Christine Farley is being fostered in Castle Rock, Colorado. *We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. * You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/christine-farley/. Story
Sporty Spots is a very handsome Saint Bernard American Bulldog mix that weighs about 80 pounds! He absolutely loves people and loves to get attention and belly rubs! He will sit with his head in your lap getting all the head scratches for hours if you let him. He is a goofball and is sure to make you laugh and smile everyday.  Spots is a super friendly and outgoing dog. He is good with children that are aged 14 and over! He loves toys, and he also loves to play in water. He is the kind of dog that would love to play in the sprinklers and have his own little pool he can play in. He really loves to play with balls, he will chase them all day. Spots would do best in a home that has a backyard for him to run around in.  Spots does well with some dogs that are his size or larger. Spots will need to go to a home that has a strong handler and has owned large dogs before. So far, he has learned to sit, stay, and lay down.  Overall, Spots is an amazing dog that is waiting for his forever home. He is very loyal and very friendly with other people. He also is very protective of his home and loves to keep patrol of his yard! He loves toys and water and would make the perfect travel buddy! A tender heart with a gentle Spirit and has a world of love to give. This precious, sweet, love bug is super shy & timid. But, don't let that fool you- beneath his cautious exterior lies a devoted loyal companion waiting to come out of his shell. With time, patience and kindness, Binxley will reward you with a heartwarming bond like no other. He will be a great cuddle buddy! BINXLEY walks well on a leash. He is crate and potty trained. He can be very dog selective, he's tolerant of most dogs, but has been involved in a couple altercations at the shelter. No cats. Older kids and no pet household will be the best for him. He's a gentle giant who is affectionate, loyal and takes treats so sweetly. He is still a work in progress and learns quickly. A true hidden gem!!!😋😋 If you're willing to invest the time/love, he will truly be a special addition and he will always be by your side!! Are you ready to open up your heart and home for this extraordinary guy? A calm and supportive home where he can build his confidence. Story
Huey is an adorable 4-5 year-old happy-go-lucky American Bulldog/Boxer mix. Huey is excellent at all kinds of Colorado adventuring - hiking, running, camping and brewery hopping.  He's happy to crash out on the couch with his people and watch the Broncos (or Love Island, although he'll never admit it). Huey is house and crate trained, knows basic commands and is a absolute gentleman on leash. Huey LOVES kiddos and is respectful of kitties, too! Huey loves his people so much, he may prefer to be your one and only pup, but he may also do well with a well-matched dog friend. Huey is such a hilarious buddy and has the most endearing and loving personality. Huey is also a super quiet dog. His foster reports that he has never heard him bark or make much noise at all. Huey would probably be just fine in an apartment or condo setting because he is so easy and quiet but really just wants a person or family that has a lot of time to spend with him and who is looking for a cuddly, constant companion.  If you're interested in adopting Huey, please fill out an adoption application here: https://underdogsrescue.org/adopt-form/.  Underdogs is a small volunteer-based animal rescue and we unfortunately do not have the resources to respond to phone and email inquires about our adoptable animals at this time. If you're interested in learning more or setting up a meeting with one of our animals, please complete an adoption application first. It may take up to two weeks for application review and one of our coordinators will reach out to you as soon as we are through the intitial review process. We appreciate your patience and understanding! Thank you!    ##1818577##
