Snow, with her once matted and dirt-streaked fur, embodies the indomitable spirit of survival. Snow was rescued by local law enforcement after a concerned neighbor reported her neglect. Snow was pregnant and tied out with a plastic dog house that had no bedding. She also had no food or water. Imagine her, tethered in solitude, her belly swollen with life, yet denied the most basic necessities. She endured hunger, thirst, and the biting cold, her eyes pleading for mercy. But fate intervened, and compassionate hands untangled her from that cruel existence. Now, Snow stands before you—a testament to resilience, a beacon of hope. Her gentle eyes hold stories untold, and her wagging tail whispers of forgiveness. She gave birth in a municipal shelter in rural West TN and is looking to put her momming days behind her.

Snow is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested ****** for heartworms. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event, or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.

If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
