Story
Violet is a loving, people-oriented pup who was adopted 2 years ago and has been an absolute cuddle bug ever since. She adores being close to her humans – her favorite things are going for walks and then curling up on your lap to relax..  She's also fine just going out in a fenced yard. Unfortunately, Violet and the family's other dog aren’t able to get along, so with a heavy heart the family is looking for a new home where Violet can truly thrive. Violet would do best in: A home where she is the only dog, With someone who loves hugs & snuggles, and has gentle structure, A person or family who enjoys spending time together. She is so deserving of a calm, loving environment where she can be the center of someone’s world and the recipient of lots of warmth and affection. I want to be sure we can get her there! While experienced owners are always welcome, Vi is very self-sufficient and easy. She is 4.5 years old and 46 lb. If you’re interested in meeting Violet or want to learn more about her, please email us at AlmostHome4Dogs@yahoo.com.    (Local adoptions preferred — Philadelphia and tri-state area [South Jersey and northern Delaware] only.) PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US! We are NOT a shelter: All of our dogs live in private homes with foster families. Pascal has a great personality. He is very sweet, has the perfect energy, is an A+ cuddler, and gets along great with his often grumpy foster brother. He is so friendly and goes with the flow. He can be a little timid, but just needs more socialization opportunities. We took him to a horse show and he did wonderful, hanging out by the ring, getting pets from new friends, and watching the ponies. Pascal is learning commands and walks well on the leash. He behaves well in the house and is crate trained. Pascal sometimes barks when first put in the crate but he is not destructive. We are working on this but he is not eligible for an a home in an apartment or condo because of it. PLEASE READ: Adopters will not be considered without completing an application. Story
Lars is a handsome 2 years old, 76 lb. Terrier/Boxer mix brindle with white paws and bib around his neck. He's a big goofy people person and a love bug.  He loves to play, chew bones and give big sloppy kisses.  He is crate trained and appears to be good with other dogs and cats and school aged children. He does jump sometimes so probably not a good choice for a family with small children. Lars is neutered and has all of his vaccines.  He is being rehomed due to his owner's change in employment and just not being home very much to give him the loving home that he deserves.  Please email us at AlmostHome4Dogs@Yahoo.com for an application if Lars sounds like the right dog for your family.
