Seeking a new home for our sweet girl Marley. She is an excellent dog, however, she needs to either be the only pet or be with someone who has the experience and time to teach her how to be nice to her friends. She is not aggressive but she does not know her size. She is amazing with kids and follows them everywhere they go. She also takes her stuffies with her everywhere she goes. In true pittie fashion she has the most amazing butt wiggles and that tail is a weapon. We love her so much but we just do not have the time to work with her and need to find her a good loving home.

She is a nice dog and love other dogs. She is extremely strong and can jump extremely high. She is a bully breed so fixates on things sometimes like delivery trucks and barks when they come to the door. She is obsessed with squirrels. She is a runner and has hardly any recall. She would do really good with a home with other dogs her size and someone who has a tall fenced yard and is strong themselves.

We adopted Zeus in 2020 as a Covid puppy, he was around 12 weeks when he came to us. A friend working at Pet Project and they rescued this litter of Pit Bulls from a high-risk neighborhood. Zeus has been a good dog. He is an amazing guard dog; there is absolutely no need for an alarm system when Zeus is sleeping under your roof. Zeus is very active and athletic and definitely needs walked or time to run outside daily. However, he sleeps on the couch most of the day and loves snuggling and affection. An ideal day for Zeus would be a morning and afternoon walk and snuggling and watching TV in the evening. He is very affectionate and needs physical touch. With two new jobs last year my wife and I are just not home enough to give Zeus the attention he needs. If you work from home and want an excuse to get outside for some steps a couple times a day Zeus is the perfect dog for you!

Didi you know that senior pups have so much more wisdom and experience than their puppy counterparts? Its just like you humans! We let things go more easily&#44 we stop and smell the roses more often. We have more house manners&#44 and we know how to love you completely. Oh&#44 and we certainly take longer naps! Im Aries&#44 a lovable and friendly boy who just needs another chance. I was adopted out from Great Plains years ago&#44 but I was returned recently because my family could no longer care for me. <br/><br/>Ive come to terms with being back at this shelter as a homeless dog once again. Life doesnt always go as planned&#44 but I have had a very good life and my future looks very bright. I have found fun in playing with other dogs here at the shelter. I have a best buddy&#44 and we run and play and romp through the yards enjoying the freedom that a playgroup can bring. I always want to be the fastest. I love having all the other pups try to keep up with me. I know just a few commands&#44 but it is never too late in life to learn something new. Please show me&#44 and Ill make you proud!<br/><br/>I appreciate all that life has offered me thus far. I see a beautiful next chapter in my forever home where I can be free to be me! I hope you will come to the shelter and ask to meet me. I want to make someone happy again.<br/><br/>Love from Aries

Story
Hubbell is a wonderful dog. He's 6.5 and about as chill as can be. I had him for about 2 days before my landlord informed me she is selling our house, and we have had to make the unfortunate decision to re-home him. I didn't want him back at the shelter so we still have him, but we are also still getting to know him! Hubbell loves everyone he meets. He really just wants to snuggle. He's gentle taking treats and has been good around small children so far. He does okay on a leash, and would improve with a little training. Currently, his walks are short as he is being treated for heartworm. He has about 4 months left of his monthly treatment, and I have meds to send with him. He also does well in his kennel (a treat always helps him go in!) I have a kennel, a bed, a leash and harness to donate, as well as any food or treats I have left. We haven't tested him with other dogs. The shelter said he was shy in play groups, and on walks he seems to want to play. Unsure of cats.

My husband & I adopted Fiona from a friend when she was 4 1/2 months old. She is 8 years old. Fiona is in need of a home with carpet as she has developed a fear of our hard wood floors. She started slipping and falling on them. Fiona absolutely LOVES children AND attention from anyone! She is very happy go lucky but IS an only child/fur baby. So not sure how she would do with other pets.
