Story

We got Yuna from my parents when she was a year old. They couldn't keep up with her being a puppy. She is a very sweet and living dog. She loves to play, go on rides, and cuddle. After about a year of us having her we decided to get another dog so she wouldn't be home home and would have someone to play with. They got along great for the first year and then something flipped. One minute theyre fine and the next they are fighting. We've been working for the past 2 years to better theyre relationship but due to a recent move it only made things worse. Yuna stop getting along with our other dog completely and no longer got along with another's family members dog in the house. She is great with kids and when shes not fighting other dogs she is great with them and knows how to the play well with them. We dont know what her triggers are so she needs to be an only dog. Unfortunately we aren't able to help her anymore and we're looking to find another home for her where she can run around.

Story

Lucy is a sweet, gentle girl who can be shy at first but bonds deeply with her person. She came to BARCS from an abusive situation very underweight, and she’s still working on gaining weight and learning that people are safe. ❤️When I adopted Lucy, she was described as very chill and low-energy. As she’s come out of her shell, we’ve discovered a playful, energetic girl underneath! She loves pulling every toy from her basket, playing, and then curling up beside you for snuggles.Her higher-than-expected energy has made house training challenging in my current setup. I think Lucy would thrive with a patient, experienced owner who can give her consistency, exercise, and ideally a fenced yard. She has a few behavioral quirks that need continued work, but she is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and worth the effort. I’m happy to send her crate and bed with her so she has familiar comforts in her new home. ❤️
