I`m a young, exciteable guy who loves CUDDLES!I was found as a stray, so the staff doesn`t know if I`ve lived with children before. I would love to meet any kids in the home though I seem to be a nice guy. Since I`m an active boy, I would love to have a fenced in yard where I can get my energy out! I would also make a great candidate for a hiking or walking partner. While I seem to like other dogs, I`ll need to meet all other dogs in the household before adoption.

Meet Yo-Yo.. aka Goat! He was 1 of the 8 dogs that was lucky enough to fly to the US from Costa Rica to get a new chance at life. Yo-Yo is left with neurological issues per the Costa Rica sanctuary that he came from. You can see this when he walks. His name fits his personality perfectly! He acts like a goat nibbling on everything. He is a goof ball who's extremely loveable. He does great with all the dogs he is with in his foster home and his great with the kids in the home. He loves to snuggle blankets and his peanut butter kongs! We suggest a home with kids older than 8 because he can at times resource guard his bones and food. Yo-Yo has incontinence so he does wear a belly band in his foster home. He does not usually have an issue and maybe has 2-3 small spots a day if the band is off. We believe him to be a cattle dog mix who deserves a very special home of his own! If you are interested in Yo-Yo, please fill out an application. A meet/greet and home check is required. Miss Charlotte is a tiny thing for her breed, weighing in around 20-25 lbs. She is in a home with other animals and does good. She would prefer a home with another dog, although that is not a requirement, and she is good with other kids. Charlotte just wants your approval and she will be your best friend. Shortly after we rescued her we noticed she had 1 papilloma wart on the side of her mouth and was isolated immediately. Papilloma is very common in puppies and some may never show signs. Papilloma virus has a 1-2 month incubation period before the warts appear and can take months before they fall off. Once the wart or warts fall off the virus is gone. Her wart is gone and she is papilloma free. It has been 2 months and she is now ready for her forever home. Yaiza is a fun happy girl with a fun personality. She is sweet, obedient, eager to please, easy going and loves to cuddle. She is playful, submissive when meeting new friends, smart and makes good eye contact making training easier. She knows a few commands such as come/recal, sit, off and touch. Yaiza was treated for Ehrlichia (Tick Fever not contagious to humans or other animals). Treatment was 28 days of Doxycycline which has been completed & nothing further is needed. Yaiza has had 2 vet visits, is spayed, fully vaccinated X 4 DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies, 5 DX test & 2 negative fecal tests. She currently sleeps in a crate and is quiet at night.
