Story
Cece can be anxious in new situations, so she’s looking for a calm, patient home that understands the value of going slow. She prefers an adults‑and‑teens (13+) household where routines are predictable and people respect her space. Because Cece is a special girl with specific needs, all potential adopters will meet with our behaviorist as part of the adoption process. It’s a great chance to learn how to help her feel safe, confident, and ready to thrive in her new home. If you’re the kind of person who appreciates a thoughtful, reserved companion and believes the best relationships are built slowly, Cece might be your perfect match. My adoption fee is $350 and includes the following: -Spay/neuter surgery -All current vaccinations -Microchip -FREE wellness exam through VCA Animal Hospitals -$25 gift voucher from our friends at My Pet Market
We'll also keep you updated on Texas's adoption status with email updates.

Story
Texas is a handsome cattle‑dog mix with a lot of heart and energy to share. He was originally adopted from us as a puppy and recently returned through no fault of his own when his family moved to housing that couldn’t accommodate a dog. He can be anxious or unsure at times, but once he settles, his affectionate and playful side shines through. In typical heeler fashion, Texas is curious, smart, and a bit of a puppy at heart! He enjoys staying active, does well playing alongside other dogs, and has previously lived successfully with a cat. He can coexist with friendly canine companions and would benefit from continued structure and positive outlets for his energy. While he may be a little anxious in the car or in new situations, familiarity and routine help him feel more secure. He’s best suited for a home with older kids (7+) who can respect his space and understand his signals. With an adopter who appreciates lively dogs and is willing to continue his training and enrichment, Texas has all the potential to be a loyal, fun‑loving companion once again. My adoption fee is _______ and includes the following: -Spay/neuter surgery -All current vaccinations -Microchip -FREE wellness exam through VCA Animal Hospitals -$25 gift voucher from our friends at My Pet Market

While she may be shy at first and prefers not to be touched until she feels safe, her love for companionship shines through once she's comfortable.  Bianca is fully housebroken and doggy-door trained. Bianca loves her people to talk to her and will joyfully wag to show her expression and appreciation. She gets along well with other dogs, though she appreciates having her own space during mealtime. As for cats, she'll only chase if they run, and even then, it's all in playful fun. One of Biancas quirks is that she gets a bit anxious when left alone for extended periods. That said, she's perfectly content to nap in her cozy pen while her humans are out and about.     WEEKEND ADOPTION EVENT LOCATION: Saturdays 11am to 3pm at Petco at Tatum & Bell Rd       4727 East Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85032  *Visit our website or Facebook page for special events schedules, news, and more info!* Website: www.azsmalldog.org     Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/arizonasmalldogrescue/Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 6, 2025, 4:15 pm
