I`m a people-loving dog!! Tail wagging like it’s my job the moment I see you. When you stand up, I perk up right away and follow you with my bright, happy energy!! I can’t wait to be part of whatever you’re doing. I adore walks, too. The leash goes on and you can practically feel my excitement. I step out confidently, eager to explore, checking in often as if to say, “We’re doing this together, right?” I don`t just like attention.... I seek it.And then comes the best part: giving kisses. Like kisses are my way of saying thank you for being here. With every step and every cuddle, it’s clear I`m happiest when people are around... walking beside them, soaking up your love, and making sure you feel it right back.

He is a little over zealous sometimes and needs someone to help him redirect that energy with walks, hiking, runs on the beach, a game of fetch or just playtime with some doggy friends. After pulling him from the euthanasia list, he is only 10 months, becuse of his exuberance, we have been working with him to be a little more calm. Coco loves people more than anything. Her favorite place is right next to her person. She adores belly rubs, and has a gentle, friendly personality that wins people over quickly. Most days, Coco enjoys simple pleasures: sunbathing outside, napping on her blanket, riding in the car with her head out the window, and soaking up attention from the people she loves. She has an old injury to her left front paw from 12 yrs ago. Although it healed, she never used the leg again and spent years getting around on 3 legs. She walks with a limp and tires easily now, so she's no longer interested in walks or strenuous activity. Occasionally her paw needs minor care if the skin becomes irritated, but she takes no daily medications and does not require a special diet. At 14, Coco isn't looking for adventure anymore, just a place to rest, get belly rubs and someone to love. We hope she can enjoy her senior years in a place she is safe comfortable and cherished.
