Story
Cinder is a sweet, loving girl to her human family and her dog siblings. She is agreeable and eager to please. She favors women and can be slow to warm to men, but with time and trust building, she loves everyone. Cinder will need a family who can dedicate time to her regularly for play and training. She will also need a secure yard as we believe she may be part kangaroo since she can jump extremely high! She would do well with another passive dog or as an only dog.

Story
Jewel's story is a heartbreaking one. It took us over a year to get her. She had an owner in Rosarito Mexico, but he would not feed her and only used her for breeding and guarding the property. Her last 2 litters came into our rescue very sick because of his overwhelming neglect. He only surrendered them when he thought they were going to die and he didn't want to deal with that "inconvenience." But after her last litter passed away we used that as the momentum to finally push him to allow us to take her. Because of the laws in Mexico you cant just steal a dog that has a legal owner without physical abuse videoed so we needed his permission to take her. I'll never forget the first time she came in the house, she wanted to so badly, and the moment she realized that she now had a bed in the house she lost it! She has the sweetest and sunniest disposition we have ever met! All she wants is love and attention. Her favorite are hugs, they solve any situation. If she is naughty, she needs a hug. If its beautiful out, she wants a hug. She is very smart and learns new skills quickly. She will do anything for pets and snuggles!

Story
Meet Zion, a 1.5 year old Australian Cattle Dog surrendered to Woof Gang Rehab by his previous owners. True to the cattle dog breed standard, Zion is loyal, smart, alert, and wary of strangers. With Zion’s training, the issues he was having leading to his surrender are very well managed. Zion is working on proofing his advanced obedience training, walks very well on leash, and is reliable off leash. Zion is looking for an active home that will continue to implement structure and keep up with his training to keep setting him up for success. He would be an excellent sport dog for anyone interested in getting him into a competition sport and/or other active lifestyle like hiking, running, or camping. Zion is a happy boy and hasn’t met a person whose face he couldn’t put a smile on. He is extremely eager to please, his engagement with his handler is amazing, and he’s always ready to go, go, go! Zion gets along very well with foster sister Kimber (a lab). Kimber has shown Zion that strangers aren’t always danger and has helped his confidence with new people. All Zion wants is for his family and friends to PET HIM. Zion also does great with other dogs. Zion is available now, and is currently fostered out of San Diego, CA. Please follow his foster on IG, @cuddleswithkimber and @woofgangrehab to follow his training journey! Yetti is white multi color with one blue eye and a brown eye. He is three years old. Very playful! Really active and will need a large area to run. He is an indoor/ outdoor dog. He seems to have a dominant demeanor, so he is best with other female dogs not male. With children he isn’t gentle he will tackle or not be careful around them. He is best with kids 8 and older not toddlers. He will sit and stay. He takes treats gently.
