Jelly and her son Peanut Butter were pulled from Clayton County Animal Services.  We believe her to be a Blue Heeler Mix.  She and her son both had Demodex Mange which isn't contagious and was treated at the shelter.  They are currently on Credelio (flea/tick) med that helps to heal Demodex Mange.  She is energetic and sweet.  She will need a fenced yard. ##2251442##

Story
Zelda is a one year old female Australian Cattle Dog mix, and her engaging personality is sure to steal your heart! She is on the small side for her breed, and her affectionate nature will make her a great lap dog or a dog that sits beside you, simply happy to be close to her person. Even though she is petite, Zelda has such a big heart that is full of love for her humans. She has a fun active side, and is eager to do anything you want - whether that is going on a walk around the neighborhood, going for a jog, or playing in the back yard. And adding to her charms, Zelda has very expressive ears that give her such an adorable look! She is eager to please and very smart, so will likely be quick to pick up training and new tricks with her forever family. It’s clear that Zelda is meant to be in a loving home, forming strong bonds with her family. She is simply looking for her people … is that you? Zelda can’t wait to meet you and find out! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Story
Kona is the sweetest, cuddliest girl, is extremely loyal and loves to be a companion. She’s ready for any hike or adventure, but also loves to chill and cuddle inside with her family. She has lived her life with us on 17 acres of land, she loves chasing squirrels and herding the four wheeler. She grew up with a cat, but is picky with dogs she likes. She needs a home with land and no children, with someone who’s experienced with cattle dogs. She’d be a great addition to any person who’s looking for a companion dog. She was born with hip dysplasia that she has to take daily supplements for, along with the occasional pain medicine. She is not friendly to children, she also has reactivity to handling due to a traumatic vet incident. She has never hurt us but she is very communicative with her discomfort, she needs someone who can read dog cues and body language. We would have kept her her whole life, but we are no longer child free, and want her to be somewhere she can thrive.

Story
Kacy has been watching everyone get adopted. Why not her she wonders? What’s wrong with me she thinks to herself.   Hi, I’m Kacy —a 3-year-old cattle dog/husky mix with an outgoing personality and enough love mixed with a spunky and funny personality to keep you smiling all day long. I’m the kind of girl who knows how to turn every moment into an adventure and every frown into a laugh!  What Makes Me Special: I’m funny, quirky, and full of energy—you’ll never be bored with me around! I’ve got a playful streak a mile wide and love to entertain my humans with my silly antics. Despite my goofy side, I’m also incredibly sweet and loyal—I love being part of the family. Whether it’s going for a hike, zooming around the yard, or snuggling up after a fun day, I’m all in. My Ideal Home: I’d thrive in a home that matches my love and zest for life! If you are ready for a best friend, I’m your girl. I wouldn’t mind being the star of the show as your only pet, but I could also do well with a playful, well-matched dog sibling. How You Can Help Kacy: Adopt Me! I’m ready to bring joy, love, and lots of laughs into your life. Share My Story. Help me find my perfect family by spreading the word—who wouldn’t want a fun-loving goofball like me? I’m here, waiting to make your life more colorful and exciting. Let’s make it official—email my rescue today to meet me! Kacy is outgoing and has the best personality. She loves everyone she meets and is a very happy go lucky girl. She’s smart and listens very well. She will sit, shake and lay down on command. She weighs around 50 lbs, is spayed, current on shots and housebroken! She doesn’t have the thick, fluffy coat of a purebred Husky so that’s a lot less dog hair to brush!! Kacy is wonderful as an inside dog, does great in the house and is also non-chewer. Ready to add a fun, loving and spunky girl, who loves walks, car rides and especially belly rubs to your life?&#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 ***Kacy needs a fenced yard, preferably with a 6 ft wood fence which she currently has in her foster home. When you meet this girl you will fall in love, we promise!! For more info on Kacy, email caninecrusadersatlanta@yahoo.com.April 2, 2025, 1:00 pm

Story
Hi, I’m Cirella, and I’m a super sweet angel with a heart full of love! I’m really kind to humans and absolutely adore kids. I’m definitely a cuddle bug – I just want to snuggle up and show you how much I care. I’m also very well-trained! I know how to sit, down, kneel, stay, and come (I do best with hand gestures). Plus, I’m house-trained, so I’m pretty low-maintenance in that department!I can be a little picky about my dog friends – I get anxious around other dogs and sometimes cry (but I’m never aggressive!). I’ve lived with other dogs before, but it’s a bit tricky for me, so I’d be happiest as your one and only. Also, just to be clear, I’m really, really afraid of cats, so I’d need to be in a cat-free home.Despite my fears, I’m an absolute gem with humans, and I’ll give you all the love and cuddles you could ever want. I’m looking for a calm, loving home where I can thrive and shower you with affection!I qualify for Foster First, which means you can foster me for 14 days prior to adoption to ensure I’m the perfect fit for your family!
